Loved main couple’s story, but the Pan Shu and Zhong Qiu Jie couple stole my heart. The older man is so dang sexy. I love the level of angst between them. Younger boy was a straight playboy, got interested in older guy to have fun and tease older. Older is gay and agree to date younger for fun, not taking the relationship or the younger guy’s feelings seriously (he honestly didn’t know younger came to truly like him). Younger realizes older is playing, confronts him. Older playfully admits. Younger feels hurt and leaves. Older thinks younger will come back in a few days. Nope. A month later older realizes he misses younger, goes to look for him, tries hard to reach him, and asks to start dating again. Younger refuses, but then texts older a few minutes later, to wait for him. Older wait and even stops smoking for younger. 2 years later, he’s back a bit of cute shenanigans, and they finally get back together officially. 18 years old gap. Turns out older and younger met before when younger was around 2-3 years old. They never know abt it ofc (readers know bcoz writers makes a little side chapter abt it).

MC Brian and ML Sol were lovers 1000yrs ago. 2nd ML Larkan was working with them and was infatuated w/MC. MC must have died (skimmed through so i didn’t read what exactly happened) because MC is reincartnated as Ian. ML finally found him. 2nd ML who in this life is a cardinal is obsessed with MC, saved him when he was young, and has been hiding him so ML wouldn’t find him. ML found him and got close to him. MC knows the past from ML but is worried ML doesn’t truly love him for himself, but loves his past self thru him. MC personality is different from his past self. Season 1 is present day.
