Major family drama between borthers, and yeah it's got incest, but it's a beautiful and [*WARNING*] tragic story. If it didn't have that bizarre and unnecessary scene of the son/nephew getting involved in one of their trysts, it'd be much higher. (Completed)

This! This is one of the manhwas that this list was made for. Criminally underrated with a super unique premise. The main character is beautifully flawed, and we follow him on his journey to get out of the sick game he has unwittingly joined in with a personification of death itself as his biggest enemy. We see him overcome many obstacles, including the internal conflict in himself, and we can't help but root for this initially "pathetic" man.
