I agree with that comment complaining about Theo himself having little characterization. Despie being somewhat stale himself, we atleast know what draws Rei to Theo; he is the first person to accept both his human and his Batsu half. I feel as if we're supposed to think it's something as profound that is swaying Theo's heart but he does just seem to be infatuated with a god.
