Showing that, hey dude not everyone’s gonna be freakkin gay let alone into you!! And that could have been MC’s moment to get over him or go for someone else. SECOND OF ALL we literally know junseo’s past… WE KNOW THE WHOLE THING. what do we know about ka-ram? LITERALLY NOTHING. He was developed on at the very very beginning of the story ig with the whole bullying thing but that’s it. And we got CHAAAAPTERS dedicated to junseo and his depressing past… which leads me on the third point, HE DESEEEEERVES a good ending because of that past. What’s the point of showing us that he has trauma from relationships if we aren’t gonna see him experience a good one?! HECK he could have at least gotten with the mc’s bestie (i forgor his name the dude with orange hair) since they also had a lil something something going on… BUT NO?!! Like cmon. FOURTH OF ALL, the dynamics.. that dream junseo had that was like, ‘idiot… rude…’ LIKE YES THATS WHAT WE WANT ITS WHAT WE ARE ALL HERE FOR. blondie and ka-ram are just awkward… they don’t even know eachother very well and yes i’m sure they’ll get along well but we as the readers didn’t see much of them ig? Like if they were ever in a scene together during the majority of the story, it was blondie being head over heels and ka-ram being clueless which got boring. In contrast, blondie got along sooo well with junseo and they were always playful and teasing. yes i’ll acknowledge that blondie does not like junseo and only wants to be friends, but, if my memory doesn’t fail me, he DID get overwhelmed by him numerous times and blushed. And seriously cmon, how many bl have u read with unrequited loves that end up together bc they spend time together and develop? Could that have not been the case easily here? In conclusion, i’m so sure the author did this on purpose to fuck with us all.
