It reminds me a little of ORV, it's like "what if an incarnation (collector) reincarnated as a dokkaebi (teller)". There are some other similar elements like the divine spirits (constellations), the divine forces (nebulas) and specially the concept of "stories" here, that being said, i still feel like it's kinda fresh, the mc isn't overpowered nor any of the common cliches that you would expect from a regressor, the side characters are quite interesting and i'm kind of invested to see where this is going. So this is a 9 for me (for now), i can see the potential :D

till chapter 5 i was like "hm okay" but later on the seme shows his charms and damn he is the best (specially in the side story)
