4 stars // It was good! I haven't read one shots in awhile and this one is a cute warm up for more to come. A brief summary is that there's a dude who gets this erotic feeling whenever he eats good food and there's another dude who could only eat his own cooking because no other food is ever good enough for him. The premise is straight-forward and we're immediately thinking that "ah okay this is how they're going to end up" One thing about this that i wish would have been different is i kind of wanted the brown-haired dude to be the seme, it would've been a really interesting dynamic to see the usually so cold and quiet, scary-looking dude to be vulnerable only for the cheerful dude, but eh if that happened we wouldn't get the very fun sexual metaphors of sex and cooking which i enjoyed a lot.

5 stars // I like the part about one shots where you just have to immediately be accustomed to "yes this guy is like this and this is the world they live in don't ask questions it's a oneshot", it may seem annoying at first but it's actually pretty fun because it's open to interpretation, you get to make headcanons of your own to either make it less sad or make it extra fucking deppressing, in my case i made it even more sad because i imagined it Tomoya had to physically kill himself to have his soul released and go back to the divine gods, so that's why he didn't want Tarou to see him off. Yeah i'm sad now. It was a fun read nonetheless, short but impactful in their own way, and the fact that it's set in high school hurts more too since to some people highschool years are the prime years of their life, from teenager to adult, where your feelings are developing yet he had to deal with losing his bestfriend, who is, a fucking god. Didn't expect to cry though so that was kind of surprising, it's not that sad but i cried.

3 stars // Well first things first, it was cute. This is the first read of me going back on my lists and reading old BL mangas that i've read before and this was a cute one-shot to start. I was kind of lost half-way through though because for a one-shot, we sure know a lot about Osaki-san ( ˙꒳​˙ ) It made me kind of lost track of the actual plot ahshs was there even a plot? I feel like this is one of those fast, cute, no-brainer type of read where you just appreciate the beautiful art and watch two dudes in suits slowly getting it on with each other, I guess it would've been more interesting if it was in the Osaki-san's point of view rather than the "straight" dude because it'd have a little bit more drama because of the rumors. Still, very cute!
