3 stars // ahhh stories with children as a plot device are always so cute no? This was cute, it's just that flower shop dude's character is really weird, i get that he's supposed to look pretty but act cunning like a fox, but to me he looks like he's just playing around, maybe it's just me being picky but it felt so weird how their relationship progressed, i think it would've been better if the "300$ a night" thing was resolved way way back when they first met, kind of something like Riku and Aoi going to Arashi's place and Riku freaking out to find out it was the dude that tried to buy him, and like, confront him point-blank right there, and then Takashi would clear up the misunderstanding saying he was drunk and Riku would be clear out of weird suspicions.
Idk the plot progression just doesn't sit right with me, it was just yesterday Riku was scared shitless that this guy tried to buy him a night and now he's falling head over heels for him to the point of jealousy,, over what? I mean it's not like he's a role model kid caretaker himself that Riku admires Takashi, but oh well love is blind i guess. The story was cute though, would really like to see a story about Aoi and Arashi too when they're all grown up (✧ω✧)
