Honey Maple More More Sugar

Complete | Tsushiko | 2000 released

this is cute <3 though im not really a fan of the meeting online stuff but this is too cute hihi but the pacing was a bit too fast, they just met and then chiitan just suddenly asked if tsumugi wanted to live together so i was taken aback by that but overall it went smoothly, im glad that tsumugi gave it some thought before agreeing and when he finally realized his feelings he agreed i also love chiitan's gap moe hes so cute !! the dolls are also so adorable theyre both so talented in making those i love how supportive chiitan's sisters are with their relationship >< i wish we could've seen more of tsumugi's family's reaction abt them living together but it ended in a very wholesome way so ☹️ i love the extra ch bc we got to see chiitan's pov and it made him 10x cuter ^^ i love how he adores tsumugi pls hes too cute overall i liked it a lot <3 love healthy relationships like this ❣ chiitan is so understanding and respectful i love him they have good communication and they are made for each other ack ♡(*´ω`*)/♡ the art style looks pretty too !! good read

Honto Yajuu

Ongoing | yamamoto kotetsuko | 2008 released

idk how to start this bc this is so freaking ㅠㅠ im so obsessed with this story !! i was actually gonna save reading this for later since i wanted to read it after its finished but i got tempted with the plot and omg it did not disappoint at all i want more !!!!!! im excited for the update i hope we can get it soon hihi <3 since this is still ongoing my review for this one isnt final so this is prolly just gonna be short anyway uhm firstly, the humor in this manga is hilarious !! theyre all so funny the plot is so light and fun to read that i never got bored while reading this ngl i always get worried when they get injured bc there are a lot of times where they get injured but i think it gives off a comedic vibe (i.e. aki punching tako, i dont support that irl but it looks really funny here bc of the light atmosphere, this is just fiction and for fun so i enjoy reading it) >< secondly, i love all of the couple's dynamic esp aki and ueda idk i just love them so freaking much grrrr ╥﹏╥ theyre so precious and wholesome :( ueda is literally one of the best semes like LITERALLY !!! hes so understanding and caring, he tends to get soft only around aki, hes such a good and sweet person not just to aki but to everyone !! hes an amazing lover and friend <3 i really love his character hes also not the type of kind where you get frustrated bc hes "too kind", he knows the boundaries of being kind and we can also see how much he loves aki !! hes very dedicated and obsessed with aki as for aki, hes a hard person to work with, thats why hes such a great match for ueda bc hes the only one who can handle him he looks so tough but hes actually a cute soft babie that is so precious ㅠㅠ i understand ueda's "aki tendencies" hihi overall i love this !! i cant wait till this get updated <3 all the characters are so lovable and fun !! this is all that i want to say for now since this still hasn't ended hehe :D

Attachment Love

Complete | Matsumoto Yoh | 2000 released

this was an ok story, i think the couple turned out cute at the end <3 the start was quite off ngl but i mean it ended well so ¯_(ツ)_/¯ though i didnt feel that much connection and i felt like there were some parts that i didnt quite understand (prolly is a me problem so ) overall i think its ok !! the plot wasnt my cup of tea but i like their dynamic <3 the detective is so confusing like idk if hes supposed to be a friend or a foe ?? there are some parts where hes so harsh but theres some parts that hes so funny that makes me like him (?) i think the plot had some depth in it which i liked :> its an ok read + very pretty art style

Stigmata - Seikon Sousa

Complete | TAKAHASHI Hidebu | 2014 released

➷ plot: ★★★★★ ➷ characters: ★★★★★ ➷ chemistry: ★★★★★ (non-romantic) ➷ pacing/development: ★★★★★ (non-romantic) ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★★★ ※ this was amazing !!! i read this even though it wasnt the bl version yet bc i really love true crime and mystery thriller themed plots this was so unique esp bc of asako's stigmata, i've never ready anything like that before which is why i was so amazed ❣️ each case was so intriguing and i love how nothing overlaps !! the characters are very lovable as well <33 i love kuroiwa's emotionless yet caring personality >< i'm excited to see how their love will develop in the sequel ^^ i also love their female colleague <3 shes so gorgeous and comedic in a way ^^ tbh i have a lot more to say, but i'm just speechless rn at how good this was the cases were simple yet sophisticated esp the execution of the scenes paired with the author's amazing art style we also got to see a bit of asako's past which tells me that we'll probably see more of it in the sequel :> i feel like there will be angst but i'm here for it overall i really enjoyed this one !! i was so hooked to the cases ^^ i'm immediately reading the sequel after leaving this review ヾ(^-^)ノ ♡ i dont have anything else to say bc this was just amazing i love everything about this <33 i'll probably find more similar works like this one :D this was such a worth it read <33

Stigmata - Aikon

Complete | TAKAHASHI Hidebu | 2019 released

➷ plot: ★★★★★ ➷ characters: ★★★★★ ➷ chemistry: ★★★★★ ➷ pacing/development: ★★★★★ ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★★★ ※ ok so i didnt expect the plot to stick to solving one case for the entirety of it, but its ok i still really liked it !! i just wished we could see more cases afterwards bc the first volume was so interesting hehe <33 i think we could already see some slight developments of the couple's feelings from the first book and their feelings grew more in here which is nice ^^ i just wished we could see more of them bc they only got together towards the end >< but nonetheless, i was still very satisfied bc the extras gave us some sweet and wholesome moments ♡ the pace and development was nice :D i could really see how they both cared for each other, esp kuroiwa, even though hes emotionless most of the time we can really see how much he cares for asako the author did a really great job at making everyone suspicious, i really thought that nishi was the one who killed mari but to our surprise there was a much deeper plot and it all made sense in the end which felt so satisfying the plot and art style are just amazing <3 i dont really have anything else to say ~ even though i already knew the plot twists and stuff, this is still a book that i would gladly reread bc i really enjoyed every single bit of it ^^ i wish there was more stories like this, not only is it thrilling but it's also sweet bc of the romance >< i wanted to see more of them as an established couple but the extras were able to satisfy me hehe so i'm fine overall i really really enjoyed this !!! would recommend this to true crime enthusiasts ~ another worth it read i loved it a lot

Anata wa Iyarashii Hito

Complete | Kashima Kotaru,KASHIMA Kotaru | 2016 released

➷ plot: ★★★☆☆ ➷ characters: ★★★★☆ ➷ chemistry: ★★★☆☆ ➷ pacing/development: ★★★☆☆ ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★★☆ ※ this was pretty good though it wasn't really my cup of tea ( ´~`;) i'm not into this type of trope but i still enjoyed it ^^ the plot wasn't heavy but it wasn't light as well, just the right amount of drama and sweetness~ i also just wanted to add that i liked how this wasn't your typical pair-up ^^ a small, puppy, younger ML and buff, tall, older MC <33 they looked so good together despite the size difference ♡ i'm actually very picky when it comes to that pairing but this one was just right up my alley~ my understanding was the tooru never had any romantic feelings for munakata when they first started being sex partners right ?? he only admired him bc he saved him back then (?) anyway that part just kind of confuses me lol but ig we got to see the development of their feelings too :> but most of it was just them doing it lol we didn't really see any fluffy interactions or dates like that but i did feel some connection so it was okay :D i saw some ppl getting mad at munakata for not shooting tatsumi, but tbh it was understandable first of all you can't and shouldn't really shoot someone esp when you're in a public space such as that highway :> also he also had a connection with tatsumi before so of course it would be much harder for him to shoot him :] anyway yea i'm glad he didn't kill tatsumi and properly arrested him since suffering in jail is much better than instant death you know overall it was pretty good ^^ even if it wasn't my type i still enjoyed reading it :> the plot wasn't all complicated and it had the right amount of drama and conflict :D though i wish we got to see more of tooru and munakata's relationship~ esp some wholesome and fluffy scenes >< but other than that it was good <3 esp this author's art style, i've read most of their works and i'm totally obsessed with how detailed and elegant their art style is !! this was a good read !!

Hell & High Water

Complete | Son Gae Pi, Charlie Chochet | 2000 released

this was good !!!! i really liked the plot and the humour of this story ~ though it felt incomplete since this was only the first book of a 10 part series and there were lots of parts that were left out but overall it was still really good and really really funny !! dex is so funny PLS i love his outgoing and annoying personality hes adorable tbh would've liked to see more of them, but then again this was only an adaptation of the first book so :> would've liked to see more of the side couples too !!! i really liked the characters theyre so fun and likable (though i did dislike ash at first bc he was being an ass, but i do kind of understand where he was coming from) :) yea this was a good read and the art looks good too ❣
