Hana to Ikkun
i'm quite in the middle for this one :/ i love their relationship and how cute they are but the plot just threw me off i don't think the noncon thing (between shouta and ikkun) that happened was necessary for this story, also there were a lot of small conflicts but it wasn't that annoying since they (ikkun and hana) communicate right after so its fine :)) the intense scene between hana and shouta was so good though like i really enjoyed seeing feisty hana claiming his man >< i love how he singlehandedly handled two descendants of a yakuza girlboss things anyway, there were also parts where i feel like the characters change personalities ?? i mean its probably normal irl but idk i just feel like there were parts that didn't make sense to me (why that character is acting that way) overall i still love hana and ikkun's relationship, they're two idiots that are madly inlove with each other <33 i love their humour and how they act like best friends at times ^^ i wish we got to see more dating life since this mostly focused with the MCs being with other characters but its fine i still enjoyed it :> i love their domesticity esp seeing hana wear those cute aprons hehe it fits him so well >< the art's pretty too and as usual i love their chibis esp when hana's angry this was a good read !!
Tategami ni Airabuyuu
➷ plot: ★★☆☆☆ ➷ characters: ★★★★☆ ➷ chemistry: ★★★☆☆ ➷ pacing/development: ★★★☆☆ ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★☆☆ ※ tbh i had high expectations on this one bc it had a high rating and the reviews were saying it was great, but ig it just wasn't my cup of tea :< i mean ig they're cute but i'm not really into this type of plot where MC has a crush on ML's sister and then its gonna turn into a "will u be my boyfriend" thing and ML will (kind of) use his sibling as a bait to make MC come and do stuff with him sjjsjjsjdjd though i still enjoyed reading since it was pretty comedic and i love seeing the action scenes ^^ i also like leo's gap moe, he's a strong cutie~ i didn't like his somewhat misogynistic remarks though abt how women shouldn't fight etc. etc. idk it wasn't that bad but it just felt quite off :(( anyway abt takeru, he looks like a nice guy but the dubcon at the hospital like bruh why D: i had mad respect for him for not pushing it too much or doing anything in the first parts but he just had to break that respect at the hospital overall it was pretty meh :/ there was more focus on the conflict and leo simping for takeru's sister than the proper development of leo's feelings for takeru :< leo's feelings just felt unnatural and forced so yeaaaa :(( the ending was quite cute though ig ?? if this was a bit longer maybe i would've liked it a bit more, i think. the art style's pretty cute though its an okay read ^^
Oazuke no Kiss no Yukue
omg this was so good !!! i'm usually not that interested in smut focused bl wherein it starts out from the MCs doing it but this was so wholesome >< nao and shun's pair up is my favorite type of dynamic <33 older mature bottom and a pure puppy top~ the plot's interesting and it also felt refreshing bc the "no kissing allowed" thing is quite new to me in a sense of nao is a prostitute so it just didn't match his image to do that right but because of how pure he is he makes promises like that with himself which is just adorable ㅠㅠ i also love how shun respected that, i mean at first he did try to trick nao into kissing him but when he knew the reason why doesn't do kisses, he immediately apologized and even found nao cute for that ^^ i also really got to see how both parties developed their feelings for each other even though it was short, it felt natural and i really felt their connection <33 nao's family are so adorable esp their cats (everyone's a looker too pls they're all gorgeous ) i'm glad that the author didn't push the assault scene too much, i mean assault is not the best conflict but ig it was okay for this one though they just shrugged the situation off and shun still continues to work with him but ig he did say that he's not interested anymore so i guess i'm fine with that~ i also love the fact that nao quit his night job and became a model waaa i'm so happy for him >< being a model is also very tiresome but at least he's also in the same line of work with shun and shun gets nao all to himself overall this was a really good one !! i enjoyed it from start to finish and i just adore this two ^^ they're so cute and i can feel how obsessed they are with each other >< i also love how supportive nozomi is with them, best girl ❣️ the art style is amazing too !!! literally in love and obsessed with everyone's visuals this was a great read !! will definitely reread ^^
Aoi haru,akaiito
i didn't expect to find this hidden gem waaaa >< this was so good !! the vibe throughout the story was very melancholy and bittersweet i'm glad it had a good ending ^^ i agree with the reviews, this indeed reminded me of romeo and juliet~ their story isn't just about them falling inlove but finding freedom in each other's arms ㅠㅠ they both feel like they didn't have a home but they ended up finding home in each other :(( i wanna cry the plot is so good i think there could've been more improvements here and there but i mean the execution is amazing i love it <33 i wish we got to see more extras after they eloped but i was pretty satisfied at seeing them finally freed from their parents' expectations and living their life how they wanted (╥﹏╥) the development felt pretty quick but its bc mangas are always short but i still felt their deep connection with each other ^^ i didn't expect youhei to become like that, i thought he'd be a good friend but he's actually also like yuuki's father who's pressuring him to become mature and to just focus on studying :< we didn't really get closure with their parents but i'm glad that they at least had some realization towards the end :)) overall this was a very heartfelt read~ this deserves a higher rating pls !! my only wish is to see more domestic and wholesome scenes from them since their romance were filled with a slight of bitterness at the beginning which is why i'm so happy that they finally got the freedom and happiness that they deserve the art style looks old but this is actually my type so i love it this was a great and bittersweet read !!
Ore to Buka no Koi no Saki
its probably been almost a year since i've read the prequel and i must say i did miss them waaa >< i'm so happy this had a sequel (i think there's a 3rd volume too so i can't wait to read that ><) i skimmed through the 1st volume to refresh my memory and from what i remember they're still the same bickering yet adorable couple~ though the plot here had more conflict regarding homophobia and doubts abt the relationship so it wasn't as light as the 1st volume :> some say that they were frustrated at chikashi bc he kept doubting or that he's acting immature but i mean it is his first relationship and having doubts are pretty normal esp when you're still in the early stages of your relationship so i understand why he was acting like that, but yes i do agree that it was a bit frustrating hehe i'm glad tomoaki didn't ever once think of letting him go :(( i'm not happy abt what he did when they fought (slight dubcon) but at least he apologized and he acted more mature afterwards :)) i'm glad that after having the conflict resolved, they communicated more ^^ mr. furuya will forever be the bestest boy >< he's literally their dad and guardian ㅠㅠ he's always ready to give advices to the both of them and you can really see how he treasures them individually and as a couple >< i'm so happy that he's there to guide and help them esp when they're still on their rocky path~ overall this was quite a realistic and wholesome read ^^ this focused more on their conflicts but i still got to see their adorable and domestic moments so i'm satisfied there's a volume 3 so i'm excited to see how much their relationship developed after this <33 the art style is still pretty hehe i love this type of art style this was a great read !!
Ore to Kareshi no Koi no Hate
okay i did not expect a separation arc omfg jwkshsjshd i mean not really separation arc but i just thought the 3rd volume would get back ok the lighter side since volume 2 focused on conflicts but damn i was surprised i mean i really love this, i feel like it had a mix of reality and fiction but what i love the most abt this is that they really gave a proper closure to us >< i'm happy that tomoaki never gave up on chikashi and even went with him to his parents just so that he can finally introduce himself and of course give reassurance <33 it is selfish for chikashi to assume those things but who are we to blame him :< i understand why had all those thoughts bc of the misunderstanding that is quite big so i get why he reacted that way~ i love how mr. furuya and their colleagues are as supportive as ever i just love the reassurances tomoaki gives :(( you can really feel how much he treasures and loves chikashi ㅠㅠ he never once thought of letting him go :< as for chikashi, tbh i don't think we ever saw him fully express his feelings for tomoaki which kind of feels unfair but i mean we can still see how much he loves tomoaki through his actions ^^ but yea that's probably one thing i'd like to add bc i was really waitinh for them to have that conversation and for chisaki to also give tomoaki some reassurance, but i still love him ♡ i'm happy that chikashi finally got to come out properly and even got to introduce the love of his life (╥﹏╥) i'm glad that they finally accepted him and are now in good terms >< overall i love this series icb it already ended :'(( i wanted more extras but i'm very happy and satisfied seeing how happy they are <33 the conflicts were quite annoying i mean conflicts will always be annoying, but i understand why they had those conflicts here so i wasn't that annoyed ^^ i really love their dynamic esp when chikashi becomes very clingy once he's tired :(( pls he's so adorable also i think i didn't see chikashi call tomoaki by a pet name ?? or maybe i just didn't notice it ?? anyway yea i really enjoyed this and the whole series ❣️ the art style is still pretty of course this was a great read !!
Hoshii Mono wa Doushitatte
❀ this was a short read but i fell in love waaa they're so cute >< both of their smiles are like the sun it's short but you can really see how much they love and long for each other >< kaname is a sweetheart and tsukasa is a friendly babie <33 i'm glad kaname finally confessed and the fact that they both liked each other for a very long time is cute too ㅠㅠ i wish we got to see more adorable scenes but i'm surprised that we got a satisfying ending with just 2 chapters ❣️ the art style is hella pretty too i'l definitely reread this adorable masterpiece !!
Dancing Colors
this was pretty good and unique esp with pole dancing as the center of its plot, but i think it was a bit confusing ^^ i had to reread some parts a couple of times for me to fully understand but tbh there's still some parts that are a bit confusing but it was still a pretty good read !! the plot was very deep and quite dark though we didn't really get to see an in-depth explanation of both their pasts esp kou's father but it gave the story a bittersweet feel :> i also love how pole dancing was portrayed as art and how passionate the MCs are abt it :)) i think their development was quite fast ?? i understand why kou and nagisa fell for each other but there just wasn't much connection for me so yeaaa~ but i still found them sweet and i'm happy that they spread their wings and go on a larger stage <33 i also love their colleagues, they're so fun and nice esp their boss :D overall this was a pretty deep one~ i really wanted to give it 5 stars bc of how unique and interesting the story is, but i just needed more connection from them also i wanted more explanation and stuff hehe :> the art style is very pretty though !! this was a good read !!
Ani No Hanashi
okay this is one of the best well made narration for bl omfg the plot is simple but the set up and how it was executed is so unique !! i literally screamed "fumitaka best boy" bc he really is :(( his reaction at first is of course due to the stigma created by our society but as he grew up he realized that it doesn't matter who his brother likes bc he is still his brother, his pride ㅠㅠ nana and takahiro's relationship is very wholesome and i'm glad that they communicated after what happened to takahiro's grandma ^^ but fr fumitaka is the mvp :'D i really love how he stood up for his brother and he kept telling his mom "why are you crying mom? there's nothing bad that happened" like he's so mature for always reminding his mom that there's nothing wrong with his brother liking nana <33 i also love that we got to see a time skip and now fumi's getting married and is also happy along with his brother hiroka's a keeper bc she also supports takahiro and nana and even kept on complimenting them when they visited >< overall i'm just in love with this one the plot and storytelling was so good !! i find it interesting how this was done in a family member's pov and we got to see his thoughts abt their relationship and stuff ^^ i'm happy that both him and his brother are living their best lives and are with the ones that they love (╥﹏╥) the art style is very pretty too !! this is a masterpiece !! a must read
