➷ plot: ★★★★☆ ➷ characters: ★★★★☆ ➷ chemistry: ★★★★☆ ➷ pacing/development: ★★★☆☆ ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★★☆ ※ i really wanted to rate this 5 stars but why did it end so abruptly it just suddenly ended idk that just kind of bothered me ig bc we never got to see their backstory (´～｀;) for the plot, it was simple though i've never encountered this type of pair-up yet (prof x resto/cafe worker) their situation was also quite unique in a way so it was interesting for me ^^ i also like their dynamic asahi is the caring and sweet ML while yuzuru's quite serious/cold yet shy and soft at the same time >< i just wish we got to see more of them their interactions after being together would've been so cute to see D': i'm also glad that yori wasn't an annoying character, he only went back to have some closure and i'm glad they both got to move on <33 i like how supportive asahi's mom and friend is ^^ i just love supportive family/friends its wholesome ❣️ overall i liked this one ^^ it just felt quite rushed towards the end but i still feel like the story felt complete :)) i also just wanted to add that i'm glad tomoe wasn't also an annoying character lol it was a bit weird with how she had feelings for yuzuru esp when shes his cousin and also a minor but yea other than that everything was good :D i actually didn't expect to enjoy the read since it was rated so low and the comments weren't appealing as well (´ω` ;) but yea i'm glad the story surpassed my expectations ^^ the art style is also my type <33 very pretty this was a good read !!

➷ plot: ★★★☆☆ ➷ characters: ★★★☆☆ ➷ chemistry: ★★★☆☆ ➷ pacing/development: ★★☆☆☆ ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★☆☆ ※ i must admit they're so adorable ㅠㅠ i would've rated this 5 stars if it weren't for the dubcon/rape (technically it was) like i wish the author made atleast 5-8 chapters so that we could get a bit of development rather than giving us a freaking rape scene ig i'm happy for them since maru wasn't traumatized or anything but still that was so not it :( though they looked like they're doing well in the main book (k's secret) so i'm happy for them :> maru is the cutest babie pls ㅠㅠ very precious i love him <33 also i never expected for yohan to do that (from my first impression of him in the first chapter) since he looked like a really nice guy, i mean he was still really nice and quite the shy guy but for him to take advantage of maru is a big red flag :< but other than that ig i kind of liked it ?? the present them (in the main story) is what i liked since they look happy and i'll just forget that this ever existed lol joohan is such a fun character ^^ their friendship is so wholesome ❣️ the art style here is much better than the few first chapters of k's secret if i'm being honest :)) i liked this art style its adorable and pretty

➷ plot: ★★★★☆ ➷ characters: ★★★★★ ➷ chemistry: ★★★★★ ➷ pacing/development: ★★★★☆ ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★★★ ※ i had a hard time rating this bc i was thinking to myself that if this story had a different art style i think i wouldn't like it as much jsjkdjsj i mean it was good, but i think the plot was still lacking esp the ending :> i wanted to see more of their development since they didn't really get to express their feelings properly to each other ^^ i think the plot was unique i just wished there was more to it hehe~ i didn't understand much how minoru's soul suddenly ended up with tomoe the whole scene that led up to there was kind of confusing for me but maybe that's also just my reading comprehension anyway about the couple, i think they ended up being cute esp at how clingy maru became >< their didn't feel toxic at all since maru didn't force maru into it since minoru himself was the one who made the deal ^^ though maru did lie abt the ways for him to feed lol which makes me think that he was probably already attracted to minoru since the beginning the growth of their feelings felt quite natural so i got attached to them~ also zashiki is an adorable babie <33 overall i think this was a good one just a little bit lacking but i still enjoyed it !! i'm absolutely obsessed with the art style pls literally one of the bests out there >< i liked their dynamic too ^^ they have humor and cuteness <33 i love maru's duality when it comes to minoru :D he's like a babie following him but when he gets protective he suddenly becomes intimidating and scary i love him ❣️ he always complains but he still follows maru >< i also like his dog form it's very unique looking~ i wish we got to see more of minoru with maru in dog form hehe :)) anyway this was a good read !!

➷ plot: ★★★★★ ➷ characters: ★★★★★ ➷ chemistry: ★★★★★ ➷ pacing/development: ★★★★★ ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★★★ ※ another fluffy read omg >< i love this~ their relationship is so wholesome ㅠㅠ toyohashi is such a sweet guy <3 literal green flag right here while takatsuki is the cutest and softest babie to ever exist >< the pacing of their development is so good !! i really felt their feelings grow for each other the plot was pretty simple, i've encountered a lot like this but this stood out to me bc of how fluffy it was <33 of course there were some small conflicts but they talked it out and the misunderstandings didn't go out of hand ^^ i kind of sensed that maybe toyohashi had already dated men before but it was hidden well by the author~ takatsuki's friend is so cool she looks gorgeous :D i wish we got to see more of them after being together but i think there was a sequel to this so i'm looking forward to seeing bits of them there <3 overall this was really cute and fun to read ❣️ i enjoyed the fluffiness and the hidden meanings between the dialogues~ it had a light concept but it still had some depth !! (i came back from reading the sequel and i just wanted to add how adorable it is to find out that both toyohashi and takatsuki feel inlove at the same time :(( they both realized their feelings for each other at the scene where takatsuki was throwing his trash and toyohashi saw him >< idk i just had to add that bc i found that so endearing and adorable ㅠㅠ) also the art style is adorable this was a great read !!

➷ plot: ★★★★★ ➷ characters: ★★★★★ ➷ chemistry: ★★★☆☆ ➷ pacing/development: ★★★★☆ ➷ art style: ★★★★★ ➷ overall: ★★★★★ ※ the rating i gave is for the second couple hihi i already read the prequel and i just love seeing toyohashi and takatsuki being all domestic and cute >< i'm sad we didn't get to see them go on that trip though :(( but this was such a cute sequel (though this was actually the main story since this was created first ) <33 about the second couple, i think tsubaki is cute and azuma seems like a fun person esp the extras they looked adorable ^^ but i personally think that the pacing was a bit fast, idk maybe its just me but i just felt like he just suddenly liked azuma lol i mean i understand why he caught some feelings but i just think the end was quite rushed~ i wish we got to see more of their interactions after they got together too :> the extra in bitter cigar (the prequel) showed teased the assumed meeting of the first and second couple which is adorable i hope the author showed us the whole thing ㅠㅠ but nonetheless both books were so good !!! ♡ i hope the author makes a 3rd volume for us to see more of their established relationships !! ^^ overall this was a very fun and adorable sequel <3 i'm happy that tsubaki got a good character development and he also found his happiness >< the art style is adorable i probably have a thing for takatsuki's crying face >< this was a good read !!
