it wasn’t bad, but it’s not amazing. the smut was good. the bottom was a bit weak willed, but that’s probably from his mindset as a slave. i wish he could express himself more. this story lacked communication between the uke and seme, which caused a lot of misunderstandings. it feels a bit rushed at the end. i wish there was side stories. spoiler : - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - the story was a bit lacking in that the queen was never revealed. it also didn’t show how julian died or how him and claude met. it didn’t show them clearing claude’s family’s name. they didn’t show the treasure island ( the whole point of the journey was to find the map pieces and go there ). it just feels like side stories should’ve been included. i wish the queen got punished or something. i don’t even know. it just ended too quickly. i feel like this story was only to show smut between a weak bottom and strong top.

amazing story, art, dialogue, smut scenes, etc. the whole story was emotional and thought provoking. definitely one of my favorites.

loved this manhwa so much ! the characters are amazing. their backstories, interactions, personalities, and appearances are all unique. i love the setting of this as well. it’s during a time of war, and both the fl and ml are war heroes. they’re both strong and respected on the battlefield. people fear the ml for his cold personality, but it’s because he was betrayed by someone he trusted when he was younger. he’s actually such a caring sweetheart. the way he learns to trust and eventually love the fl is so beautiful to watch. i loved this one a lot ! will definitely re-read in the future !!!
