It's not, the concept is well-thought-out, characters growth is ENORMOUS but it GOES WELL WITH STORY. She starts like a useless crybaby but believe me, you'll love her as she grows. Political intrigue also is high quality, you doubt everyone all the time, and BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT'S NEXT
