No but like... how is Kouichi's ass not torn to shreds... Caius's pp is literally the size of Kouichi's thigh, and they don't even use any lube... and his hole is probably permanently gaping, because of course having a dick the size of your thigh entering your ass like every day will stretch it out permanently......
