Most romance in media be it Japanese manga, romance novels, or dramas often paint relationships are sickly sweet or with some very exaggerated story lines. Here, it's just two people who fell in love. One first over the other and the other who realised his own feelings more slowly but it doesn't mean it's not real.

A mature couple with little to no drama and no toxicity from anyone. Art is also pretty cute and their whole dynamic (dom/sub aside) is ADORABLE. Would've wanted Dom to have one of the earrings and Sub to have the other. Still, I love them so much. Unproblematic fr. Hope sensei makes more with a similar vibe!^^
