I'd probs give this a 4.5. I get that it's slice of life, what annoys me is that the part where they actually do get together or even make up isn't shown. It's like I just missed 5 chapters. Then again, probably the author didn't want to make that the center of the story but rather high school days in general and not only romance. Kind of a bummer but still, the manga was enjoyable. I feel like I would've been even more moved if I read this back when I was graduating highschool (currently a second year in college). Not that it doesn't hit home, it does. Though I never really worries with university exams. As an Asian, that feels weird to say.

For a manga that had so many quirks and humorous inserts, the ending was quite different. No different in a bad way. But I like how it captures the innocence of youth with how that flow changes as the years pass by.
