Some people might find it toxic but just as some of the comments say, it's a realistic portrayal of how relationships are. This is the second time I've reread this. It's been years and somehow I found myself back here again and funny enough it's Christmas. I'll probably reread this again tho. I can't say it's one of my faves but it's one of those that have definitely stuck with me. Ironically, I find it relatable with how much of a doubter and overthinker he is. I know I shouldn't overthink but people change and it's scary.

I LOVEEE THESE TWO. The gap is pretty big (I personally am not sure if I could do it) but they're both so wholesome and the story itself is so unproblematic with little to no drama. At some point I thought chapter 12 would end with seme being the doctor for sensei who is dying of old age. The thought itself broke my heart since I read a similar story (I forgot the title). But words cannot explain how much I love this manga. It'll be my little comfort manga I wi surely reread.

I felt like throughout reading this, I missed a whole volume. And I did. Funny enough I actually already read it before but just forgot. It was nice. I liked the seme not being so wishy washy. I wish Hijiiri had his own closure. The guy was an absolute asshole but it's just pitiful that he projected his own heartbreak of never being able to have the person th as t he loved onto the uke.

Wish that noncon moment got addressed properly. Or, don't tell me there's gonna be another volume for him as well?? Wouldn't be against it tho lol
