Kaika Apartment

Ongoing | | 2022 released

I've perhaps been rereading Harada too much that I was expecting the stories to have some gore or morally questionable parts. While it wasn't what I expected, I truly loved it. The art is fantastic . Reminds me so much of Toilet bound Hanako and Ancient magus bride. Or at least the vibe seems similar for me. Is this really how short it is? I desperately want more of these

Utsubora - The Story of a Novelist

Complete | nakamura asumiko | 2019 released

I have always dearly loved Nakamura-sensei's works. However, this made me want to give it up at some point. It was making sense, at the same time not making any sense to me. But the ending. I loved it. I am also no author. I cannot write the words enough to convey how much it gripped me in the end.

Dangerous Convenience Store

Complete | 945 | 2019 released

I haven't gotten back to this since it was still ongoing and around the time that they first saw each other again after they separated. It was just so sad for me that made up my mind to let it finish first. Loe and behold, like fate I saw from my Insta that it was complete, op was crying too lmao. I laughed thinking why? Now here I am, 2 in the morning, crying at a manhwa that doesn't even have a tragedy tag on it like brotha Only two works, this included, that made me cry even when everyone (except those rightfully punished like older Mr. Cha) was happy. The other was Howl's Moving Castle. Going back, I wanted to see more of Cha Chaehyun I loved him so much. Apart from the main couple, he was my favorite. I felt so much sympathy and empathy for him all at once. I wanted to hug him so bad. Ik it won't ever happen, but I wish he had his own story as well

MADK

Complete | Ryo Sumiyoshi | 2000 released

Damn. Never knew it ended this way. I first discovered this years ago. Too young (I'm still 19 now but oh well) to digest the art which although is fantastic, was just too much for me at the time. I randomly picked this back up after talking about it with a friend. It's been a manga that has lived inside my mind rent free and after reading that ending, will most likely continue to do so. Makes my belief on the thin line between love and obsession all the more solid. Will definitely pick up a physical copy of this if I find one in my country

Finally Living Together with my Anti-Fan

Complete | Hua Xiang Gong Zuo Shi,Yu Ci | 2000 released

I absolutely loved it and then suddenly it felt like I was in the amusement park and I was near the peak of the rollercoaster just to suddenly have the ride accelerate times two than normal. What happened author-shi?
