So the last princess (who's also illegitimate) sold off her royal family to the enemy country's duke. She asked for death, but he didn't kill her. My boy duke went from "nah, I'm definitely not interested in her." to "we're getting married and no one's stopping me." in a span of few chapters lol. Tho from the preview, it seems our FL will run away with their child. I'll have to say that they were both in love and everything was nice until the damn emperor, the duke's brother, bet him to marry this crazy princess from some rich country.

The tone is light and funny for the most part, but there are some serious moments which hasn't gotten that serious yet. I admire her for not feeling depressed or vengeful towards ppl who wronged her.

So like super old yaoi vibe where ml is a powerful being but got rescued when he was weak and young by MC and fell in love.
