Koe No Katachi
Cried so much I had to stop because I couldn't see the pages. An incredible story that completely destroys you, heart wrenching and so engaging you won't want to put it down until you see how it ends. There are some really detestable characters that I just can't forgive or understand, but for the most part it takes you into the head of the bad guy and you see inside them what drove their actions and how they think and how they change and overcome. It's painful and hopeful and ends much like real life with so many possibilities. It truely touched me and although I've gotten used to the concrete formulaic endings, I appreciate the vague ambiguity of the future.
Inu to Tsubame
This was just so amazing. What a great story that was sad, happy and even scary. It touched on so many heavy topics in an approachable way. The art was amazing and just so so so cute! Oh and the chibi's are too charming for words.
Tasogare wa dare
That’s it?! B..but that can’t be it...that poor child. Poor Yuu (TT) it was all too much for any person let alone a child to bear. Its a relief they found each other and he can stop and live a better life with a healthy partner.
Senya Ichiya - Shitone no Himegoto
A tale of healing and love.
Rift (Conro)
Hmm, there was a lot of wrong in this manga. But the characters seem to know it and deeply regret it, and that’s not always the case. However, forcing your feelings and yourself on someone is never okay. And Yuni should not spoil him to the point of causing him bodily pain (Even if he says its okay). However, they are young and trying to figure out how to deal with natsuki’s trauma and be together, hopefully it will be in more healthier ways. He should really seek help from a doctor to help him with his grieving and fears. I for one don’t condone every decision or action in this story, but do believe they care for another and am glad they were able to get together.
Daidai no Recipe
Hmm, the art was amazing! They way the panels flowed and sensei’s style, incredibly charming and wonderful. The story was oof, it was kind of like they were cursed. I feel so sad for that sensei, i hope he finds someone who can truly treasure him. These two...it was definitely a bitter orange jam. With a sweet end, but a very difficult bitter journey.
Kimi no Yume o Mite Iru
Epic romance, they Literally did a strike that and reverse. There were tears.
The Specific Heat Capacity of Love
Haruka Tooki Ie
Woo, this was a real heavy read. Poetic, but difficult. They both have very difficult childhoods. And they ran away together. They find salve in each other. It's an intense journey thats not easy.
