M no Retsujou
Such a tsundere! It turned out quite cute. Ryuuji was so sweet and really cherished him.
Yatteraneeze!
Parallel Lines
I wish there was more of every story. Morsels to taste and leave you craving more, a collection of short stories about sweet beginnings.
Koi Nanka Shitakunai
Seeing the struggles of Yuuta was so heartbreaking, the crushing feeling of staying silent and pretending to be okay for all those years. Desperately wanting to keep his family happy and struggling with his feelings and hating himself for them. I really love this type of story. The only thing to send this manga over the top would be the stepbrothers point of view. In the end, you hear how he really felt, but it's so disconnected and expected. *I wish we could of gotton a chapter from his point view at pinnacle moments during the story and you see his real thoughts and feelings. Also it must be said that these guys are gorgeous! The art is so polished and on point, it's almost too perfect. But, Damn son those bishi's are fine. ( *`ω´) Best Oniicchan award definately goes to Ryuu, he actually acts like a responsible caring big bro. Although at the end that sorta fell apart, but excluding that one scene it was completely platonic. This a really good telling of this often seen trope. Props to sensei for making it consensual and waiting untill college. Could of easily gone the hook up in highschool route. * I was thinking on this, but I wonder if we had seen Ryuu's perspective if it would of changed the narrative? Seeing Ryuu's initial attraction for Yuuto, would that have turned the story into something darker and creepier? I think it can be done, just not sure how. Maybe showing why he fell for him keeping it more innocent and pure.
Hearty
Huh.. How manipulative, I wonder what will happen? Like the art, it's captivating and draws the eye around the page. The coloring is really well done. WOW! This did a 180 and really showed how ikai kun conquered honma- san. The character development! *claps* HEA uwu
Seikaku Warui Uke Ga Guzuguzuni Nakasareru Hon
Mabataki No Aida
This was a touching story. The loneliness and low self esteem really got to me, I won't lie I definately shed some tears. It was still quite beautiful how he couldn't give up on his first love. And the happy ending was very sweet and real. The story was new, but they way it was told was refreshing and really gets you in the feels.
Sora o Daite Oyasumi
It starts at the end and goes back to the beginning. Kei seems to be in love with his brother...and fills that void with anyone. And even got mixed up with his stepfather in an attempt as a cry for help or impassioned plea for Roku to notice him... but he loses his nerve. He still finds him in a compromising position and Kei already on edge...can't bare Roku's reaction/rejection... We are left on the roof as Kei and Roku exchange their last words. I'm not sure if it has more chapters or was ended abruptly bc we know what happens next. But there are so many loose ties...
