I went into this not expecting much and I was proven wrong so fast. Eat dirt, me.
The story is very different from other God's Bride stories. The Water God is written very realistically, I really admire his character (as a character, not morally) and he is definitely one of my favourites. The main character is very charming and realistic as well, and there are no unnecessary tropes added to her just for comedic effect. The character development is realistic and none of the characters so far are truly two dimensional (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) You know it's good when the story isn't riding on overused tropes and exaggerated emotions. Highly recommended!!!
