The whole story is about a traumatized actor who sabotages himself and anyone who might care for him because he feels dirty and unworthy of love. The other character is sweet but when constantly being lied to and pushed away, he doesn't react as well as you want him too because you are hoping for a knight in shining armor and he is just a human being.

No bdsm here, just manipulation and rape. Actor uke is spoiled and has trauma from his first relationship where he was manipulated to think he enjoyed bdsm. He relies pretty heavily on his "best friend", fuck buddy and manager. One day is awful, asshole ex walks back into his life and tries to pick up the manipulative bdsm again. It works for awhile. Side story isn't worth reading and the bdsm isn't sexy.
