4/5 ️ complete, 15 Jan 2023 Short but good read. ML gets bullied and believes that he only causes misfortune for those around him. Awful things happen to his only friend so he becomes obsessed with being strong. He finds a brutal master who makes his shortcomings into strength.

5️ ch184 (fan translation) 16 Jan 2023 This story is really good!! Unfortunately I didn't realize it was a Webtoon until I was way past the chps they have there (they are way behind, in the 60s somewhere?) Next read through should be on Webtoons though. It is high school fights, bullies and martial arts so should be pretty standard but these characters all have different personalities (even the female characters have thier own style and perpectives) the main character is almost supernaturally good at fighting but he isn't bright and really is just trying to study to get I to university. The relationships between them are stellar, the pacing is perfect, the art is *chefs kiss*. Normally this genre gets old because there is soooo much of it, but this is a great story.

4️ Chp 116, 18 Jan 2023 Good art, decent pacing, decent story, glaring plot holes. If you ignore the fact that the MC is way to OP for no obvious reason. And the typical martial art background which is hard to follow ... then this is a very good read. MC is rescued at a young age, but because of his injuries he has a limp so his sect will not teach him martial arts because they consider it a waste of time. As you might guess, he learns martial arts anyway, becomes stupidly OP and kills everyone. (Mostly it is justified but no one in the story seems to understand that). The art is enjoyable and the character is interesting enough that it doesn't drag even though it is a bit generic.

4️ Chp 20, 17 Jan 2023 Not sure why it has such a low rating and no updates. Worth reading. There is an anime that is suspiciously similar but I can't remember the name. The premise is that you enter a game and fight in the game but it is also rwsl life. I didn't explain that well at all but there are only 20 chps so I don't really care lol

5️ Chp 149 26 Jan 2023 I wasn't sure at first tbh, it is a pretty standard martial arts OP trope so there isn't really that much to say about the plot. The MC is interesting and enjoyable to read and every side character is identifiable and has unique personalities. The strength accumulation is a bit far fetched, but I have def read worse. The art theme is nice but I wish it had been included more for power up consistency.

4️ chp 261 29 Jan 2023 Almost made it through, skipped like 30 chps from 220ish to 250ish, it was actually really good, especially at first. But the art changed and the translator changed and it was already pretty complicated (typical of martial arts manhwa) and I git lost then lost interest with the juvenile art. Also the 2 ML never moving forward in their relationship is frustrating as is the unexpected jumps from past to present. The ML looks too similar in both so you can never tell where you are. There is one smut chp (255.5?), but it is different author and artist (fan maybe??)

4️ chp 142, 15 Feb 2023 Not bad, it has a slow pace but it fits the story. It is a harem kinda, but the followers come and go and they aren't fan service or simps so they only add to the story in a good way. Still unsure how he gets his powers, that would help the story. Scribe meets OP guy who is killing 3 other OP guys for revenge, that all plays out in the first 50 ish chps. Suddenly the scribe (from watching OP fighter) knows martial arts and is really good at it. This story is the rest of his life and adventure. Kinda fun to watch a story like this. It is like the history of a hero used as an example in another story. That doesn't make sense, just read it, maybe then you can guess what I mean.

5️ Complete? Chp147 Most of the chapter translation is good but there are a couple in the 70s and 80s that are awful. Grandfather sends ML to find his wife (through arranged marriage). ML is strong and his martial arts are flexible and powerful. The one month trip to meet his bride has many side adventures where he grows, finds friends, love and pain. The OP growth is (as always) a little too much too fast, but much better than other stories I have read. The side characters and women are not frustrating and have unique art that helps them not get confusing (mostly). Even though there are a hundred clans and factions (typical of the genre) they are usually pretty easy to remember. Definitely worth a read if you like the genre.

The ML motivation is a little off and there definitely has to be more to his family then we already know. There is a definite harem, they are not super annoying but if you don't like harem then
