Getting to Know Grace
The greatest story I've read. Everything about it was perfect. The storyline, plot, characters and the art.. all 11/10. I felt many emotions while reading, and I can easily say that this is the most beautiful story (not just manga) I've ever read. It was such an emotional rollercoaster reading through this... and I'll probably read it again. 1000% recommend to anyone.
Ghosts of Greywoods
This was yet another excellent GL story!! It tackled sensitive issues well and did not romanticize them much. The two girls are loveable, and the character Lynda was very well thought out. This one has made it higher on my list, but it's a must-read-again!!!
Serenade (keum Kyesoo)
I really love this story, and I think in a sense it touched on the topic of the truth behind a relationship... the psycho woman definitely made the series a lot more thrilling, but I just wished there was more of an explanation. I wished the main couple would've been explained better, like how they came to love each other so much. I also wished that the author provided an explanation of what happened there at the end. All that aside, the side characters were very loveable. It was genius how this story was told through Yeongju's serenade, when she began playing, till the very end. Her song was their love story, and that was really the beauty of music.
White Angels Have No Rest
this is more of a psychological thriller than a GL tbh .... :"))) literally i dont even know how to feel about this. The rape shit was messed up. At the same time, I went through waves of emotions on how i felt about the main couple and side story. Tbh, I just hope yeon young and soobin and mihye can live happily. I didn't read the prequel to this series, so I had no idea what they referred to half the time LMAO, but I don't know if I will ever bring myself to read White Angels Have No Wings. It'll just mess with me tbh, knowing how everything turns out in the end. THIS STORY WAS JUST SO AJAJSKDHAJKSDKJ Yeonhwa is j messed up dude... TuT sheesh... i'm rating it a 3/5 but tempted to rate higher because of the thrill. I'm keeping it low thought because of how straight-up messed up this is.
