After learning about the only way to die from the Racoon Youkai, and the tragic meaning for his merman having wedded a man, Kiyo dropped his will to die and picked up a resolve to live until eternity with his merman. (The ending made me yell out because it's so nice.)

A dramatic love story brought forth from a general's fearless nature when faced with death, and a poison bird's fear of his own poison. After killing his former owner, Cai Hong questioned what love truly was, and thought of his beauty that corresponds his poison to be a curse. He eventually met with General Fei, the younger brother of his former owner, who took care of him and found a way to live together happily as a couple. (The ending was beautiful. Love it.)
