I honestly don't mind having a female lead in this type of story, in fact, I was actually rooting for tess the moment she was introduced, but if you consider the mental age gap that's where the problem is. he may physically be 12 but if you add the years from his past life he'll probably be twice his current age or more. but if there were a female lead I feel that tess fits that image, she is capable as a female lead but some people are calling her, bratty, annoying, and weak. I know this is an excuse, but if you think about it, isn't that how most people act towards their crush? I wouldn't call her "bratty" but rather a 'jealous mess' to have someone who you like talk to other people, naturally, it would upset you. and the "weak" part, of course being ave by a man should hurt some peoples pride but there is nothing wrong with being weak. but staying wak is the problem, tess grew stronger and is strong enough to protect herself. anyways, enough of that

FL is so fine like I don't know if I wanna be her or be with her, but yea the ML is cool too ig. but the second male lead MMMMMM YUM !!!!! but other than that, the princess aka the original FL is quite smart, I don't like how she made the male lead think he slept with her but at the same time, it was a smart yet stupid move. seeing as how she did it knowing he had a sense of responsibility it makes me think she faked pregnancy but what would happen if he found out that she wasn't pregnant after getting married? in the end, it was a useless thing to do. but breaking up with the princess would be quite difficult since she is precious to the emperor, but I imagine our male lead ignoring her after finding out the truth. but now our Female lead is smarter, she thinks about the things she's earned and built and didn't accept the male lead's love knowing it'd be bad for her, she also didn't get involved with the main plot, unlike every other female lead that I know. and she's level-headed and thinks things through, but that one mistake was accidentally catching the attention of the male lead.
