Now, I have read Household Affairs as one of the first graphic adult webtoon I have seen, so I am sort of familiar with the whole idea of 'sex addicts wanting to fuck everywhere and anybody'. The sad thing about this webtoon and the other work by the same author is that despite these ideas applied to these works, it really disappointing on how it is displayed and how is was executed. This might be biased considering that I do prefer a wholesome/ and or unexpected outcome to characters that may or may not benefit them.
I would have to say there is a clear improvement of the art when it comes to anatomy, character design, setting, facial expressions and tonal variations. (If you are wondering, yes I do study in visual arts)
[[SPOILERS BEYOND]]
Personally I like the motive of the leading female character because she is trying her best to have her own version of a 'normal life' without her past addiction of sex messing up the possibility of the life she wants. She moved on from the male lead because she knew in her self that she wishes only to feel the need to have a human connection, human love other than powerful forces of lust. This, of course only made the male lead to go complete psycho/ stalker just because she was the only person that actually satisfied him. The rest of the webtoon is how he end up just brainwashing all female characters that may have some sort of connection to the female lead and her husband. About halfway through reading this webtoon, at that point it was clear on the possible ending of this work, the circumstances and situations from the beginning of the webtoon would somehow be worse for the female lead. Overall, I should really stop reading a story if I get weird feeling of character interaction and or a forced sex scene to stretch out the story in an uncomfortable way.
But I mean if this type of story is something you really like, by all means you can disregard my statement.
