It’s a a very basic Yaoi plot with a misunderstanding leading to ignoring eachother and then. Apologizing after they miss eachother enough. I think what worked the best were some really fresh sex scenes. I’ve only seen similar in JGV so I feel the author did some real search heheheh or had similar sex but other than that there wasn’t much depth to the story but it did try harder than a few others in its genre category I would put them in. They’re not childhood friends with a forgotten memory thank god and their not related somehow… and theirs no third lover in the way. It’s just a regular misunderstanding that creates tension lol but the art is quite good.I did skip a few chapters later on cause it was moving slowly. But it wrapped up nicely.

Ok sweet concept, was pushing it when the alpha didn’t remember him mating inserting his seed and then completely forgetting he did so and even met his mate LMAO but still very cute.!

Actually feel as a character Ruri was portrayed pretty well, his home and family and hobbies all revolves around his disability and to find someone- his dream guy be supportive and such a green flag felt refreshing to see. Though he had trust issues there was no malice with the main guy. I’m a little tired of women being used as a villainous crazy character but I’m glad Ruri could see that she also just wanted to be accepted. Quite an over the top way to show it but I got the message. There were a lot of holes left in the story but if it kept going I would love to see Ruri improve his life and connections with people over time and for Tooru to do the same. Good potential for this story. Ngl

I really dislike couples like this in real life and in stories like why create problems out of nothing and why not trust someone you w been with for 2?years on even the slightest apprehension. If this was written about a girl and boy everyone would quickly point. Out she is way too insecure about herself. Their problems would be resolved in like one chapter… if the ML had any clue how to talk properly as well, (they’re both bad at communicating basically) every one would just understand eachother. Also I get that there’s a layer of fear when you’re hiding your relationship but like why was that never discussed?? Was the expectation to be in silence for the rest of their life? . Idk why some people just can’t Be happy with what they already for and id they need a break just say so damn.

It was pretty realistic in dynamics of relationships with other people but the romance was quite lacking… and the uke appeared emotional, overthinking,needy and probably deserved someone that would romance him up. Because of the sex he’s mainly interested ( I would be too ngl) but the seme showed little interest in changing even if he does in the end he was just very lackluster. I couldn’t find anything I particularly liked about him other than his straightforwardness but that’s not what makes you fall in love with the guy I guess. Not once could we connect with him as the audience (like a close up panel of his real emotions) compared to the uke. Anyways it’s. 2 stars for this reason for me.

I love dynamics like this, especially with supernatural and just overall great style trekking and character buildup. The mangaka lets you get know the people around our main couple and though the art was eccentric at times, this story is beautifully portrayed and gives realism with fantasy. I kinda wish there was M-preg and for the baby face coworker to find someone too would be cute.
