Author kept it light even though the subject matter is dark: human-body modification, human experimentation, dehumanization, etc. Psychological manga which had potential to be dark, heartbreaking, messed up one but if mangaka kept it light, cute, fluffy romance with darkness lurking behind(adding psychological factor), that works well too. Hope so somebody completes the translation of all volumes. Good read.

MU says it has BITTER ENDING. Title should be “Cum Dumpster in Train” lol. It’s like this, whore yourself up to the highest level of the train to find the red-haired seme(who got uke in all this shiz?), get your marble back, solve the mysteries.. Up for some debauched smut, go ahead n read. Ahem. After completion: Well, I already knew this one was gonna have bitter end, probably novel had such an end too. I like reading dark, twisted, messed up, psychological shiz, so yeah, it was engaging to read this. Mindfuck, mind-break, manipulation, etc., I’ve read such dark novels, so I got appetite for such. And that ending, lol, a dark, twisted happy end for a dark story, kinda…interesting

Mc Yoon was tasteless and boring character to me. And interesting one, of course, hot Sehwan. One may hate him at beginning but as one come to know him more later on, you can’t help but think “scary but pitiful” description is right. I want LEE SEHWAN X TAEJOO to have HAPPY ENDING in alternate universe/story. My poor baby Sehwan. He only needed Taejoo to give him another chance, to help him, be by his side, love him, etc. My heart hurts for him.

I’m pretty sure if uke wasn’t portrayed as a masochist or enjoying himself, and instead shown really suffering from all that torture, then most folks wouldn’t have liked it and rated it less whining about consent blah blah. I’ve read worse stuff, this just wasn’t appetizing to me. Maybe if uke wasn’t a masochist…then a revenge, then I’d have probably rated higher. What’s the fun in it when torture is being enjoyed? Hm?

Wow. From a bright person to a ruined one. I’d have preferred a possessive seme so it was greatly disappointing when seme had uke raped(let another man put his thing in uke’s hole) for his plan. Did he just let someone else take uke’s virginity! Oh boy. Truly disappointing. And deliberately crippling someone, if that was a permanent disability, that’d be horrendous. I’m not into deliberate amputation or giving smone permanent disability. So hope so, it wasn’t permanent one. But implication was it was.

One messed up person(uke) loving another messed up(seme). Reading about them, u can’t help but sigh at their deep love and wish them happiness even if their world is fcked up. It wasn’t their fault that they were born in fcked up world. But just as these individuals moved to find happiness, it’s taken away from them. Why authors don’t give HE to them, just because they’re from fcked up worlds? They don’t deserve it?! I’m sad. It’s fiction so no harm in giving them little happiness and experience light.

I wanted to see “school” that research institute suffer. Usually if a novel ended like that, it’d have a book 2 or sequel. This one could have too if author wishes. More epilogues would be nice so we can glimpse at their lives in distant future.
