didn't like it at first (because the colors were too much and the first few chapters were.... yeah) but ended up loving it. it's surprisingly emotional. honestly, surpassed my non-existent expectations by a LOT

i am heartbroken. that was such a heavy storyline i cannot believe i made it through without crying almost every chapter. so much pain… loved it.

the angst so FUCKIN better than i expected. i really like the dystopian setting and the characters (victor you glorious bastard, alex you terrifying woman i hope never exists in this world, jin wtf is UP w u, yohan you poor baby, ian you poor baby^2) the action is good the story and character bg is excellent and the sex is immaculate. i feel like they twinkified victor a lot. in the beginning he looked like an insane serial killer and now he’s so… bubbly. i’m not complaining but that change is very drastic considering how we haven’t even begun to unpack his trauma of a life. but i’m a patient girl so i guess i’ll be sticking around till then. mister van i’d get on my knees and bark for you jin’s secretary van + ian = me at the hospital due to cuteness overdose
