: well that was damn cute. childhood friends (height gap) finally realize/admit they've been in love all along.

no resolution-- seems unofficially dropped by author. unrequited love of six years finally becomes requited (early in story), plot revolves around navigating the transition. very standard but not bad

.. I don't like that I like it. Mugi shows up on Icchi's doorstep after years apart. They'd slept together 10 years ago but pretended they forgot (alcohol) to go back to being friends. Obvs still more feelings there. Annoying bc Mugi still disappears, even after confirming their relationship.
