SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!!!!! (obviously) it's an omegaverse... that i don't hate?? this shit was actually sweet as hell, surprisingly soft with a healthy dose of angst. i personally love reincarnation aus and also the idea of two people being so meant for each other that they fall in love in every lifetime (tl;dr : i read an unhealthy amount of soulmates au fanfiction.) the beginning was a bit questionable, but it always is when it comes to omegaverse. authors who write any au where there's an estrus cycle tend to abuse heats and ruts as convenient porn devices and excuses for blatant sexual assault but as far as i could tell there was active consent during the first time. i still don't like heat sex, i don't think the bottom would be in the proper headspace to consent, but that's just me. the story progressed wonderfully from there, i loved ji yeon's dad (hes super sweet and nothing like my dad) and i liked how ji yeon stood his ground against ryan. the flashbacks during jae moon's coma literally broke my heart, so beautiful and bittersweet. i loved the reunion and their babies. i loved how his proposal was at the place (or a replica) that they had met in their last life. ending was everything, ji yeon hugging his little family tugged at my heartstrings.
