I love that the romance was rushed, instead we dealt with treason, poison, betrayal and learning to rebuild trust even though the past has scarred us. Those two overcame their own problems as well as each other because confessing their love and I'm happy the other male love interests didn't stop her from been happy either.

Ooooo he's so pissed that they broke up, he's clearly head over heels for her. But she doesn't realise it, I really wanna slap her so that way she might gain a few brain cells

Penelope is literally the best female lead! She's badass and knows her worth

It's quite an interesting story, you can tell now that she has figure out how to put her soul back into her body. And you can clearly tell the captain has romantic feelings for her
