I couldn't wait for the translations because the story gets really addictive, although lags in the middle because it took forever for uke to find out about the seme. So I bought remaining chapters and read them in korean.
Warnings: lots of dubcon with ML and other hot but insane characters. Fair amount of manipulation - uke is somehow a really smart doctor and a complete gullible idiot.

The ML/seme is 'Mujin' (real name Sura so lets call him that), he is actually the physical incarnation of Sura a god that the country worships. The King of this country would make human sacrifices to win bloody wars and rule his prosperous kingdom. Sura contacts him in a dream to let him know he will have a son and it will be Sura. While growing up Sura is weak and has a doctor that takes care of him. Eventually however he comes into his own powerfulness and starts killing at 14 and fighting in wars for glory. There is a condition that the King was to kill his brother though before Sura takes on his ultimate form at 19. Sura's doctor was supposed to poison the King's brother but ended up maiming his face instead, and the King's brother staged a rebellion as revenge and kills him on the day Sura was to become crowned King. Sura runs off to the doctor's village because at this point, man's just tired of all the war and bloodshed. But rather than help him, they try to turn him in because it is his destiny to be KING, but Sura just wants a quiet life, so he kills everybody including his doctor. Fast forward 10 years, doctor's son ends up meeting him by chance and saves Sura who has spent the last 10 years on the run trying to live a normal peaceful life but trouble just follows him (as well as the King's brother who wants revenge). The country as well is in turmoil since the rebellion. People wondering why Sura -the god- has forsaken and abandoned them.
Sura hides who he is and calls himself Mujin. Sura and Choa( the doctors son), fall in love while learning how to become doctors in the doctors village. It's the first time Sura has experienced love/happiness and becomes obsessed. Anything that gets in the way of his relationship with Choa he kills. Ends up killing everyone in the doctors village (AGAIN), and Choa jumps off a cliff to try to escape from crazy ass Sura. He loses his memory and they re-fall in love while Sura nurses him back to health. Choa dreams to be a doctor and wants to regain his memory. This leads them on a cross-country journey full of drama and adventures and few exes along the way. In particular Sura has an ex from childhood days that is obsessed with him and hates Choa for being his lover. R@pes Choa a couple times. Choa doesn't tell Sura.
The King's brother had a son too, called Bae Lang? And BaeLang is crazy hot. Baelang admires/obsesses over Sura so much he wants to BE Sura (and bang him..apparently o.o). He has a short hookup sesh with Choa while Choa and Sura accidentally got separated. Choa thinks Baelang is hot too. Baelang just wants Choa because Sura loves Choa. Anyway, Choa becomes a doctor, and also slowly starts regaining his memory, which freaks Sura out because he may remember that Sura is the one that killed his entire village. Sura is also afraid that eventually Choa will find out 10 years ago he did the same and also killed Choa's father. Spoiler: he finds out. But he loves Sura so he is conflicted and a lot is going on with crazy hot cousin Baelang delusionally trying to pass himself off as Sura. Really believes if he wants it bad enough he will BE Sura. He starts sacrificing a lot of people too. Sura feels bad about being seen as a monster in CHoa's eyes because of all the killing he did. So he's less kill-y, unfortunately Baelang is more kill-y and has become the new King. At one point he holds them hostage at the palace, threatens to kill Choa. Unless they have a 3p. I kid you not. He will let them go if they sleep with him.
Baelang is so crazy he calls himself Sura btw...They agree to do the 3p (Sura is just following Choa's decisions because he feels so bad about the things hes done). Lots of talking in the 3p. Including Baelang telling Sura that Choa and him already hooked up and even his ex r@ped him. Sura is shocked and even more shocked when Baelang his cousin, kisses him????? And he is devastated when Choa kind agrees that Sura ruined his life. He leaves after that, then Baelang has sex with Choa for days. After which, they leave. CHoa breaks up with Sura and Sura goes apesh*t. And starts killing half the palace, cuts off Choa's ex/friend's head, cuts Choas feet so he cant leave him. He is fully Sura now and returns to the palace in his rightful place. Everyone now knows the real Sura is back. Delusional but still crazy hot Baelang requests a public fight to see who the real Sura is. Gets whooped (surprise surprise). Sura takes his rightful place. Choa doesn't want to be with Sura, Sura wants to sacrifice Choa then kind of like "its me or death?", tells Choa that he will let him live if he lives for him. Story ends with them together.
It's a sad ending for Choa, because he has no choice but to be with Sura after knowing he killed his father and all those people. He gives up and thinks maybe this is his destiny.
But good ending for Sura, because all his life he wanted happiness and to be free. And being with Choa is his happy place. He still crazy though.
