I'm a Fake Saintess but the Gods are Obsessed
Reading official chapters only. FL is reincarnated into the body of a villainess character from a book she read. This character, Ariel, is a fake saintess brought in by the Pope and the Prince to gain power and stability. The original Ariel was killed when the real saintess appeared and she went after her in her jealousy. The 3 ML all took part in killing her and were all married to the saintess in the original story. However, now, the blue status windows that only saintesses can see start appearing for FL and the gods are interested in her. The pope falls for her, and he's a fucking creep. The prince originally acts angry about the original Ariel writing a love letter/marriage proposal to him, but then gets upset that she denies meaning any of it and also becomes obsessed. 3rd ML is some merchant guy, and he's also a stalker and weirdo. Honestly none of them are ML material and I hope she ends up with none of the above, but it seems like it'll be a harem situation. Anyways, I stopped at chapter 38 or so because the translation got too clunky to understand. Where I left off she had just revealed her powers by saving her handmaid priestess friend and was being stalked by merchant while ...buying property? Thats why I stopped until better translations because I honestly couldn't tell. Wait for official translation/better translation chapters. Left off at ch 40 Despite my qualms with the male leads, the art is phenomenal, the story is interesting, and quite comedic. I love the reactions of the gods. I still think she shouldve bought the whip when Oman discounted it in the store, but whatever. The main character seems to view the ML as dangerously as they actually are for now. I'm hoping she doesn't fall for their bullshit toxic "love". So far, with the good translations, 4.9/5
Dragon Raising Manual
Dropping this one. Haven't enjoyed reading it for a while. The art is good but the story is boring with a boring FL. FL dies and is sucked into what seems to be a game in her phone. She is a princess who is the younger sister of a shitty prince who apparently r****d her to try and incestuous keep their blood pure since it has healing capabilities or some shit but then he was supposed to marry the tyrant emperor's sister which meant the emperor would take his sister into his harem. When FL wakes up in the world, she has survived an accident in the forest that was actually the emperor trying to kill her. She runs into some "merchants" aka the dragon army peeps and hits it off with the leader who is actually a prince. He's looking for the stone thing that her kingdom has that would revitalize people because he was basically tortured and mutilated until he can't transform as a dragon. He brings FL back to town, then runs into her again in the castle when she overhears him and her creepy ass brother plotting to kill the tyrant emperor at the wedding. She befriends the tyrants sister and feels bad that she'll be blamed for poisoning the emperor and so she gets rid of the poison and doesn't run away like she promised the merchant/dragon prince she would. Blah blah blah, she goes to academy and makes 2 guy(?although theyve been implying one os gay, in a recent chapter the dad of one wants his kid to dress ina dress and it is implied they are a girl so i dunno???) Friends, she gets emperor on her side a bit, gives dragon dude bloods, sleeps with the dragon dude, they break up because she won't run away with him cuz she wants to be queen. Emperor at first thinks the dragon guy assaulted her and that was why contraceptives were found, because he hasn't slept with her, but now he's threatening her with that sort of intent. I left off with ML falling into the emperor's trap and the FL being manhandled by the emperor because she's worried about the ML. Sea monster vs dragon time. The initial translations were okay. They started going downhill. Still readable but I think the story is a bit taxing now. It reminds me a lot of Jennifer Armentrout blood and Ash series with the writing. There's so many set ups for sex and assault scenes too, but no follow through. There was even an entire chapter that must have been missing because the chapter ended with them about to fuck and then the next started with her being held captive by some lady in a cellar. The story misses frames sometimes, but that was just confusing. I have a feeling this is one of those where the author has a patreon for indecent chapters but who knows. What the comic has going for it is art. Specifically with male characters being extremely attractive. Female characters are also attractive, but almost all border on being "cute" or "infantile" sorts of characters. The story is okay...in pieces. I would honestly rather it actually be a Josei or smut comic since it seems likenit was intentionally written that way.
You're All Dead if You Mess With My Brother
FL isekai'd into a bl novel where ML is her little bro who dies at the end after a sad and tortured life. She has tried over 20 different ways to change that before finding out that her goals is to fulfill her brothers wish. Can she keep him alive? Honestly. I'm dropping this. It's too chaotic, which makes it so hard to take seriously. It's set up in the beginning like it might become interesting, but there isn't a single moment take seriously. Even r*** is made into a punchline. It got to be annoying to read. I will say, translators were doing a good job. The poor rating is not on them but on the writing itself. 2.5/5
Lady Baby
FL is reincarnated into a babbbby, hence the name I guess. Prior to reincarnating, her father was killed, and while investigating her brothers were killed. Then her mother fell sick but died because public opinion had been turned against her family and no one would help. After her mom's death a war started and people died outside of her house. She and a trusted knight buried the 2 dead people and she sang a folk song for them (a folk song here seems to just mean any song that is not a hymn. Folk songs are banned by the temple and so singing one was basically blasphemy, however a strange girl shows up and gives her a "gift " and asks her to song for them again. That gift was the reincarnation...and the ability to do something with mana or magic or ether...I dunno... with her singing. Anyways, her first words were literally a few sentences to her family about how grateful she is for them and for being born. They just consider her ultra intelligent, but she's just determined to change events so that no one she cares for dies. Most of the story so far she is a child, she ends up beloved by everyone, somehow ends up with a salon that happens to be where the next event of the magic power stuff will take place, has lots of people adore her...especially the young duke who seemingly remembers his past life and thus kept his distance from her to keep her safe most of the story. She wants to destroy the temples power so she uses her idolhood to sing folk songs and popularize then until the temple can't ban them. The emperor has been using that temple to control the nobility and he's all mad. Also he promised to abdicate the throne to his nephew, the young Duke, when He came of age since it was supposed to be his from the start but he is scheming ways to keep it. FL and he are in love, yay, and finally admitted to it just before the chapters I caught up to. This story is good, the art is cute and very good. I think the childhood portion was so long that the singing part seemed to come out of left field. There are also some parts where the translation made it difficult to understand what was actually going on. They're still only like 15 years old, I think. 4.8/5 ️
I Became the Wife of the Monstrous Crown Prince
This is the one where the FL was friends with a goddess who loved a villain and is punishing FL for her own failed love by taking over her body and making her a stranger to prove her own lover won't recognize her. FL is is isekai'd into the body of the sister of the FL of a novel and the child wife of the cursed child prince. Her father hated that she was from a specific family so he abused her and then sent her to marry the prince in place of his more favored daughter. FL actually liked the prince character and wants to help prevent his trauma l, but according to the novel it's her sister who breaks the curse. In fact, in the novel, the day she woke up in the body of the wife was the day that character died, which was supposed to cause super trauma to ML. Anyways she and sis get along, the emperorngrows to like her, ML loves her but she treats him like a child (which makes her "love" for him a bit weird IMO). Turns out that FL was the one with the light power to cure prince but it passed on to her sister when she died hence the novel. Also turns out she is a reincarnation of some former girl who was friends with the goddess of Light. Goddess of light gave her powers to fucked up prince who used them to kill that girls husband because he was in love with her. Goddess knew all along that he was in love with other girl but kept letting him keep girl hostage and keep her power because she thought he'd love her one day. Eventually she took power back but then that evil guy locks her away, stabs her, burns her, and sacrifices a city's worth of people to try and get the power to kill her. The curse the ML had on his body was a remnant of her pleas for salvation and a message of that man's wrong doings. Except the emperor kept killing all his kids when they got it until the messages no longer implicated him and manipulated everyone to believe that the girls dead husband had been alive and the Goddess cursed the lands because of him and blab blah. Anyways, FL goes inside cursed door and saves the Goddess but the Goddess wants to kill the ML, but FL offers herself up instead. The Goddess puts her in her burned body, with no ability to speak or write, and sends her 7 years in the future with only 100 days to live whilst coughing up blood etc. ML finds her and though he was unsure at first he recognizes her as his wife. Goddess still doesn't get that he recognized her and didn't forget her, but also FL overhears that there are plans in the works to marry ML to her sister as was supposed to be the original works plans? Or maybe Richard was ML in the novel (piece of shit guy). They can barely keep the story straight themselves.anywho, that's about where I am now. She's back at the castle about to go see the emperor in the goddesses burned body and prince is positive she's actually his wife. The art is just okay, the story was cute but also sometimes off-putting. I love isekai stories, and I even don't mind when an adult is in the mind of a child, but to have that being pointed out the her husband is literally a child and way younger than her and stuff, only for her to claim to love him like a wife would, definitely feels weird and groomer like. I think author-nim must've realized that, hence the 7 year shift in time to age them all up, but even still, doesn't change the fact Boi wad super groomed. I dunno. It was not terrible and I'll keep reading. So maybe 4.5/5️
The Duke of Ashleyan’s Contractual Marriage
Think it just completed? FL and her sister were nobles whose parents were killed by the tyrant emperor for a petty reason. FL joined a temple and trained her body until her sister came back to her 10 years later and asked her to help overthrow the tyrant. They took.ovet the empire and FLs sister is now the empress. FL had promised God that of they let them win then she would send her first child to the temple, and her sister made her duke of the north so she also needs a 2nd child for an heir. There a 2 more duke's: one who lost his eye to FL (Rubealla FL name) and the other is the intelligence agency leader and crazy maniac who wants to marry her sister because he thinks he deserves the highest place. Lost eye guy injured Ruby when they were at war to pay her back for his eye, but now he apparently is in love with her and mad as fuck because empress won't let him even confess and FL is oblivious to romantic matters. Ruby goes to social events hunting for a husband, but everyone thinks she is a monster duchess and rumors that she eats children and shit are keeping people from approaching her. When they killed the tyrant, they killed all his descendents, even small babies and illegitimate kiddos, but suddenly one illegitimate child appeared. And he is beautiful. Ruby tries to avoid him at first but has to step in when she sees some blue haired bitch sexually harassing him and saying that he had to marry her. After ruby is done chasing her off, he proposes that they get married. He says a contract marriage of 3 years, he would stay faithful and would not fall in love with her. Ruby was suspicious at first since he mentioned her vow to.god that no one knew about. Turns out ML rui/Louie has died 7 times and is trying to save his own skin in this life. First he locked himself away in the tower for academics where you abandon your family name and when that was destroyed he proposed to our FL, the monster duke and empresses sister. FL accepts and tell him he has to help her produce 2 kids, which he didn't know was part of the vow to god. When he didn't meet her to agree, she went to his family's estate to find them holding him hostage to have the blue haired bitch fuck him. FL burst in and saves the day, and when they get back to the mansion they sign the contract and have sexy times. Louie is obsessed with shooting reincarnation and romance stories and starts trying to become the most excellent spouse so that Bea (his nickname for ruby) won't leave him after 3 years. The other duke who likes Ruby and some resistance people trash the wedding and though the empress approved the marriage she refused to show up or let the other duke's show up so a rumor could spread that they were on bad terms so they could let the resistance grow and cut them off all at once. Right now, ML is obsessed with investing in things he knows from the future and they keep fucking up. First it was 2 artists, then he bought some cloth and monopolized it, and now he's after a designer who ended up being an abused 15 year old girl. Meanwhile blue haired chick won't back down. Also FL thinks one of ML's classmates is actually his lover and that he'll leave with her after 3 years. Both of the 2 leads currently have fallen for each other and don't know the other feels the same. Super cliche, but fun in the reverse. The art in this webtoon is pretty good. The story is excellent. Gotta love a role reversal done well. Love the strong ass FL so cool even the women swoon, and our cinnamon roll ML who loves romance novels and wedding planning and being a good wife. I like the cliches sticking around even with the role reversal. It makes for a great comedy. 4.9/5️
Talented baby squirrel
Reading official translations only. FL is a baby squirrel shape-shifter born into a family of lion shape-shifters. When she was small, her dad sent her to the capital to live with her aunt. Aunt was abusive, lied about her father loving her, pretended he did not send letter or money, and used her to marry off to the second prince who pretended to be her friend until her coming of age ceremony where he murdered her with his snake shape-shifter poison bite. She is reincarnated back to the first day she meets that prince and slaps him, turns squirrel and runs off the north where her dad is a duke. She's surprised by how well the servants and her brother treat her, but her dad is off to war. The person he left in charge is super corrupt and working with the rotten royal family to fuck up the duke. FL solves the food crisis that the advisor caused when he had some rando burn down the food storage. So, instead of losing the war, her dad wins and comes back and refuses when she asks to stay. She also has a celestial constellation squirrel things which said it was what brought her back to the past. And she also meets the 1st prince, who is super hated by his snake shifter family for being born a dragon shifter to the point his dad makes him cover his eyes with a blindfold at all times. He met the FL when she was in the capital being abused when he was in his dragon Form and covered in clouds. He thinks of her as a friend, and so when they meet again he's super sweet but she mistakes him for a casanova. But with his help, her dad and bro learned what the aunt and the people in the capital had been doing to her all that time. Misunderstandings got resolved, aunt was slaughtered, and the royal fam sent the 2nd prince to negotiate the cost of war fee down and he's in for a rude awakening when none of the family bows down to him like he was told they would and instead he's met with malice. Where I left off was the prince facing the bro and dad, FL just starting calling dad "papa", she still doesn't know the dragon and 1st prince are the same guy, 1st prince left while 2nd prince is there, dad is feeling immense guilt for how neglected his child's been and is trying to make up for it with gifts and her bday is coming up. This is a cute story. The art is cute, FL's eyes are massssive lol. Pretty wholesome. Main character seems like she'll be a child for a while. 4.8/5️
For My Abandoned Love
Going on a hiatus until q1 2025. They got together finally just before he left on some mission. FL is isekai'd into her fave novel as a rando named Hestia. As a hard core fan, of course she has a bias, and that is that is Caelus the 2nd male lead. However just as in the original novel, the FL, Diana, married the prince and then publicly criticized our Marquess Cael for killing the terrible duke and duchess who were holding the empire back. The prince, his childhood friend, and Diana, his first love, both abandoned him completely after. Hestia was isekai'd into this novel as a commoner with no family and a shit ton of money, so she bought herself a title so she could spy on her fave characters from beginning to the end of the story like the fan girl she is. But then the story continued after the wedding. Call tried to kill himself that night, but failed, and made several more attempts on his own life. The emperor fell I'll and the relationship between the prince helios and the saintess FL Diana began getting rocky. Hestia, meanwhile, is pissed at all that Cael, her bias, has had to suffer at their hands, and hates the main leads. But she also is realizing she is all alone in this world and has run out of money and moved to a remote cabin. But she runs into Cain hiding in the woods and takes him to her cabin to help. She rushes out of the house to get food to make him and ask him to love together but when she returns home, he's already killed himself inside her house. She turns into a crazy person after that and goes into the temple and offers her life of they'd just bring Cael back to life, andddd then she wakes up again but on the day of the wedding. She rushes to the marquis' mansion, bolts past the servants and guards, and tackles Cael before he can stab himself. She offers him a contract marriage and he's like "sure, whatever" because he feels like there's nothing left to live or be afraid for. So, they sign a contract and she gets to work on getting revenge on his behalf, sorting out the manor, and helping him recover. The prince doesn't like that she went up against the temple to get Cael's land back, and Diana also acts all arrogant even though they are both commoners originally. Hestia, meanwhile, is fangirling over every move Cael makes and everyone at the manor supports her. Eventually she tells Cael she can see visions from the future, because he is sus of her, and then that is also used by her to get the prince to trust her a minor bit too. Anyhow, her plans are all working out well, she just made a soap business to combat sickness so that the people wouldn't need to go to the temple as often to get treatment (to attack them back for starting nasty rumors), Hestia has won over most of the social circles and didn't need much help turning them against Diana who hates nobility wastefulness and shames them publicly for it, the prince is doubting Diana because she's been lying about her powers going away and once he tells her that he trusts Hestia's vision Diana goes a little cuckoo and decides that if he really loved her he would trust her (even though she's a liar and 2 faced), so now Diana wants to jump back into Caels arms like the psycho arrogant little worm she is. Meanwhile Cael knows that Hestia loves him, calls her Hes, refers to her as wife, helps her business venture, invites her for dates, introduced her to the emperor who is like a father to him, and smiles a lot around her. Pretty sure he's trying to be a decent guy and sort out his own feeling for her before making any moves because it's what our queen Hestia deserves. Just like he sacrificed everything for Diana in the past, Hestia is sacrificing everything for him, and he doesn't want to be ungrateful or turn a blind eye to her like what was done to him. But in a recent chapter, he blussshhhhed when they got too close, even though they've been closer before without him feeling a thing. So we know, even if he doesn't. Where I left off was the end of season 1, where Hestia tells Cael that there is going to be another threat of war and asks him to step up and solve it so they'll give him the Duke title he deserves. Not gonna lie, the cover had me avoid this webtoon because the art wasn't the best, but then ya read it and the art is phenomenal. Like Cael is such fucking eye candy. Such great art! The story, is just the right amount of absurd comedy and dark drama and sweetness. I'm honestly obsessed. I want more! 5/5️
The Golden Haired Elementalist
