Pretending that they slept together Hajun "takes responsibility" for this even though he knows that it's a lie and after Sihyuns apartment building burns down he moves into Hajuns place. At some point another agent "Uno" gets into it as well (who crushes on Sihyun) and this actually reveals in the end that the intelligence company tricked Sihyun, as he was supposed to be the trigger that kills Hajun to get his dad to come out of hiding, whoever since he became to attached he can't do that anymore. They eventually betray the agency, Hajun confesses and Sihyun runs off to a private island of Uno where Hajun follows him and barely gets to safe Sihyun out on a mission. When Hajun obtains the blueprint of his dad, he gets captured and tortured by the colonel, where Agent Shadow (who established a plot to get onto the good side of the agency again and get them away from the colonel), Uno and Sihyun safe him just in time - the latter being able to confess. Mei convinces Chiaki to have sex with him as a treatment, as his doctor/uncle suggested a transaction of fluids to help decrease the flowers. They start a sexual relationship and after Mei’s uncle visits his house, Chiaki confesses to him. In the same night, he gets infected with the sickness, but after Mei covers Chiaki’s flowers with his blood (fluid as well lol) he is cured and immune for the future as well :)
