Beautiful art and a very new and interesting concept but i couldn't find myself invested enough in the story to complete it. I really tried because the art is so beautiful and the whole concept of being insects + humans is just so peculiar. The artist have done such a great job with portraying them so beautifully and changing my whole idea of insects being sth ugly and disgusting.

Idk how to explain but its such an amazing read. I don't think I've ever read anything like this. The whole idea of the story is new and drawn to perfection. And while some may not be happy with the ending, it was perfect for me. I'm all good as long as my main characters are happy, that's all I ask as a reader from the author c:

Bruhh I'm in love with author's work. I hope they can make more work, they're so good!!! This story is a prequel and i didn't even realise it got uploaded just today lol. But damn it's already looking good

One of Beniko sensei's best works imo. Although i did wish there weren't any assault scenes, the story of both main characters is so good that i have ignored that. What I liked was how the assault, stalking, the actual impact of the former was taken very seriously and wasn't just brushed of glossed over. I did cry a bit and tbh there's nothing more than i want to do than beat that Rogi and fathers of both characters to death. Not all parents deserve kids and it proves that again. A seme with a very traumatic childhood and a cute but manly uke who promised to make the seme his when they were both kids. One is actual yakuza and other is a nursery teacher and they're so pitiful that I cried everytime seme's past was even referenced. There is sexual assault too so t/w for that. But seeing my both cute main characters happy and in love really makes it worth it. Although i didn't really want to read about that Rogi in the end like??? Why you here bruh, go die somewhere.

This was hot af with cute lovey dovey air. Just perfect /// A cute virgin boi falls for a word eating demon. And then they torture you by being all lovey dovey in your face just fucking adorable. Love how it has this air of soft innocence while being so explicit with smut scenes.

I really loved the afterword by Sakana sensei, so I copy pasted it here. I can really relate to their words. "It's nice to see something normal in an unusual environment, isn't it? It hits the heart of those who have a "peace of mind" fetish It makes you feel at ease, like everything's Gonna Be Okay even though things might be tough That's the Best" The way Sensei understands we need soft, wholesome and "normal" in the usual toxic and very hard omegaverse is a something I didn't expect. I was swooning throughout the whole manga but i wanted to just hug sensei in thanks after reading their afterword. The story is sth that should be the measure of standard how healthy stories should be written. The characters are so lovable and I'm so glad there was not a single sad thing in the whole story. They are cute and happy together and fuck like bunnies. They're so awfully sweet to each other that you want to be a part of sth like that. It makes you yearn for love!!!!! One of those fictional pieces which makes you wanna go and fall in love so you can experience the same beautiful emotions. Its beautiful. I feel like nobody does sweet fluff like Sakana sensei. The way they make their characters all walking fluff and so in love.... Just ughhhh so sweet!!
