I WAS SOOOO SCARED FOR THE FAMILY ON CHAPTER TWO THE child literally saved their asses. i really need more on this just so i could see what happens as they go on. this is so messed up and thrilling. I really need to know what happens fast I'm so mad for the family rn and i feel bad for the kid at 4.1. i hope the tenants would just find the courage to unalive him.

junji ito is crazy for this one bcs it made me realize how the force of nature is hard to go against, like nature is not something you'd shoot bullets and missiles with and it would stop, it is far more stronger than all humans combined. all throughout the story i was on edge because they went all the way up outside the earth?? it's even more scary to me because it seems so true and accurate that when faced in life & death situation, a human's instinct is to survive for themselves. Junji Ito's really crazy for that. they survived but it's hard to think that at what cost, it ended ambiguously and we were left to think that they're gonna survive for atleast just a year. Junji Ito really proves that he is a mastermind in his filed bcs how can u even come up with this (?) he's so cool.

really disturbing, it got a little emotional on the end and back to being disturbing again, the fact that the cycle repeats and we never really got to have a resolution (or a happy ending) makes it more scary to me, it ended ambiguously, leaving us to wonder what's gonna happen to Kyoko. Furuya's artsyle made the story more eerie and just sets the vibes of the story. for some reason reading this equates to watching the movie too.
