Hygieia
really short (4chaps) but good, this also has series potential esp because the green eyed ML is sooo :)) the suspense in here is well done bcs it really kept me wondering about what's really going awn
Jisatsu Circle
really disturbing, it got a little emotional on the end and back to being disturbing again, the fact that the cycle repeats and we never really got to have a resolution (or a happy ending) makes it more scary to me, it ended ambiguously, leaving us to wonder what's gonna happen to Kyoko. Furuya's artsyle made the story more eerie and just sets the vibes of the story. for some reason reading this equates to watching the movie too.
Healing Paradox
Kazuma is a creep alright but the tension is tensioning on my soul !! i really like the build up and their relationship felt like a d&s except that they love each other.
Grapefruit Moon
i've read this 2 years ago and i will probably re-read this one bcs i forgot to put this in my already read back then. i remember this to be so cute n just wholesome. this and snow fairy is my fav works from the author.
Sjuku Nichoume Love Hour
Kyouya has the visuals of a shoujo manga lead. (as expected of every Tsuyuhisa Fumi ML in general) but his concept of consent is not in the room with us i fear. without that, the story for me atleast was exciting, I'm enjoying the love game situation that they have. there's def a lot to uncover abt Kyouya, with that suit and all he's probably a big big deal. this has got to be one of the worst timing for cliffhangers because I'm on edge thinking abt (1) what is his real lifestyle, identity etc (2) he saw Izumi w another guy.
Chew Me up and Teach Me About Love
I swear tis one of those yaoi manga that was interesting despite the overused tiny x muscular man trope. the tension and build up was so satisfying and it levels perfectly with the angst. i like the gap of Kamiya's character when he's not honry is so adorbs. it reminds me of the author's other work that has to do when demon thingy.
The Love of a naive Baseball Boy
Kiraide Isasete Asanaga-sensei to Yanagi-sensei
I haven't for the life of me read Kiraide Isasete, but I was made aware that this was a spin-off by reading the summary. Safe to say that it was such a good manga and I was able to understand it despite not reading the main. It felt like it surrounded more on healing & reconciliation rather than BL, but I liked it nevertheless. Felt like romance was just a bonus but they were able to navigate their romance through black haired guy's healing too. It was alsooo very realistic in a sense that they didn't immediately get along or what, but I feel like they're hinting that he and his aunt are going to be on good terms completely slowly but surely.
Skyhigh
the stories i think have philosophical themes in them about death and revenge that will also leave you wondering about your own morals. izuko is also really intriguing, i feel like when some of the dead humans would tell her 'see you' hints something. i wish we got more in depth with her story.
