In the first panels, we see that mc is delivering food to his wife's brother, and then he starts talking about how the brother should come out and that he's not the only depressed rat, going on about how he's only a teen so his problems are little, and honestly that's pretty messed up to say. Ryo (I think that's brothers name), goes out and with anger, hits mc with some sort of object. Mc wakes up in Ryo's bed, unable to move, learning he was drugged. Ryo naked, starts going on about some BL that he likes that includes rape, and how mc looks like the guy who gets raped, obviously mc is confused (I think). Then, Ryo starts forcing his stinky pp into mc's mouth, and we learn that he hasn't bathed for 4 days. The mc is continuosly raped, it didn't show the mc getting raped for days but it was mentioned he was, the mc was raped while his wife was away. Then we see the author saying they like rough things but honestly I think they like seeing others being assaulted/raped which is.. concerning. This oneshot is basically just rape, and it is a bit sad since the mc just wanted to help Ryo out, of course that doesn't mean what he said was right but as one says, It was so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible so I give you a one.
