The beginning after the end
10000000 stars I read the 114 chaps in half a day. Haha I enjoyed every bit thoroughly. I loved the first season, where the world-building/setting was explained well. Also, his character was established together with his family. Personally, my favorite is when they got attacked by bandits and he willfully sacrificed himself. Well, I also the harmony between him and his parents. For once, I read a strong character who's not clouded with a traumatic character-building (in his current life, his past life is sort of another matter). Sylvia arc is another one of my fave. I also cried a bit there. Then the elven arc where he saved the princess was also good. All I can say is, the transition and pacing are really on point. Every scene has a purpose, every character has their role to play. And his training with gramps elven was also awesome. Perhaps one of my other favorite part is when he was reunited with his fam. (Srsly, it broke my heart how his mom suffered, and how the relationship of his parents was on the brink of breaking, and was possibly being kept together by their unborn child, after losing Art.) Annnd it doesnt bother me that there are lots of characters. They sure are interesting. I keep on imagining this to be an anime. Srsly. This has really good potential. If there's an anime I can say this will match up to, it's Black Clover. The action-packed chapters and awesome art. Gosh. As for Art, I really like his character. What do I say about the romance? Well, I only clicked on this because there's a romance tag attached to it. Halfway, I got so engrossed with the plot that it I thought it's okay even if there's no love interest. They started injecting romance later in the chapters tho. I think the artist/author isn't purposely making Tessia look like a damsel in distress. But I also do think that Tessia's character has so much potential. I wish they'll give her more justice. ---- Last scene: in the dungeon. There's a 2-headed basilisk something something. And one of the Lance is waiting for back up coz they'll proceed investigating.

Feb. 11, 2025 Last read: 114 Reread from the beginning. Iz kinda confusing in terms of name and fams hahaha but all good. I knew i didnt like that Teacher Connier or whutever her name was. She gave me bad vibes still I cant wait to uncover Leonia's past — who her biological father is and how she ended up in the orphanage. ---- 99 Waaaaaaah 100000000 starssss Haha That was so refreshing. Like comedy-refreshing. The way the reincarnation was incorporated was refreshing. It was fun seeing the duke and Leonia interact with each other and throw insults and everything. In a way, I hope the author gave more background on her personality in her past life, that way it would have established her current personality better. But all in all, it's great. Last chapter: the duke went on to hunt beasts and she's left with her teachers. She slept, the next day she has etiquette classes --- Update: at chapter 25, her background was established. I like how it was softly explained and incorporated in the chapter. Like, the details were not spoonfed to the readers. So what I got from it is, she's an officeworker in modern-day with a good family. Then she woke up in an unfamiliar world she as a weak and small orphan. She was abused etc etc. That's when she toughened up and swore that all the abusers will be paid back. She never expected that she will be adopted by her uncle. And she's rather confused about who she really is and what's her place in the world, that's why she was really affected by the ettiquettes teacher's words. Lemme add 10 stars for this chapter
