my reply to a critique abt over-the-top shock value: i agree but ultimately let it slide because i think that’s just part of the overall vision the author had. it has a storybook-like style in both art and writing, almost innocent(?) in its extreme vulgarity. i’m not a fan of the abuse of shock value either, but i think in this case it’s integral to this work’s strange charm.

pseudo-incestuous tragedy featuring morally gray characters Pog!!! the ending was really well done; perfectly in line with their characters without being predictable.

imagery with the chains getting tangled around them both was really good. other than that, a fairly generic yandere+corruption story. good focus on friendships as collateral
