really sweet premise..! war correspondent babe went into a coma when he was covering the syrian war for 5 years and he came back only to find his lover with another man. they've known each other all their lives and had been dating 8 years prior to bb's coma. both still have feelings for each other, i think the ex feels a sense of responsibility to his new bf because he had been supporting him in those 5 painful years. ex (taejung) even admits its not the same kind of love he had for joon.. fuck. sad shit bb enters a fwb relationship w his boss and former acquaintance chp 59.......christens this series as a masterpiece. emotional intelligence and boundaries. fuck. fuck.

natsumi dates her younger sister's ex-fiancee after she passes away from cancer presumably. she wrestles with immense guilt, to the point where she wants to k*ll herself. she was already suicidal after her sister passed, having no more reason to live. beautiful seinen manga, i cried. the way it depict human complexity and emotion is jarring.

enemies to lovers !!! honestly cried, there is so much depth to the characters. i wish it was longer and that we saw how they grew together as a couple, but the main bit was the evolution and getting up to that point. a traumatized baby who was blamed for his mother's suicide and her miscarriage. dissociated from himself entirely out of fear, buried all his emotions. daeyol has a strong exterior while being a softie on the inside, but he really does care for his baby. i love them so much.

good plot and rewardin character development! felt realistic tbh hahaha

this is so incredibly written - the characters are mature complex and; the author demonstrates the character's essence clearly through actions and behaviour (boguk being in love with mc and and offering emotional psychological support and wanting to have sex yet refusing categorically to date him saying it would be exhausting AKA KNOWING THEMSELVES AND THEIR BOUNDARIES AND HONOURING THAT) - and this corresponds to

DRAMA BUT KEEP IT LIGHT + BEST COMEDY IVE BEEN DYING OVER HERE but its also made me feel SO many things. mental illness and bullying explored in depth!!!!! ugh all the characters actually have substance and honestly i binged this. it was a page turner from the beginning where you get hooked on the humour, the characters and it strings you along for their stories. just perfect. they overcome obstacles together; though these are 19 year olds, there is so much maturity.
