ok i honestly CRIES LOL this manhwa is ridiculously funny, but it also confronts the hardships of being in the entertainment industry really well. average and relatively unknown idol and heart throb celeb who is in love with idol and runs his fan site. jungwoo eventually finds out kwonjun runs his fansite and is his resident simp, and their making up is so emotionally realistic and mature. idk, the bond they have with each other is so fucking touching. i lost it when jungwoo thanked kwonjun honestly. FEEL GOOD READ ;-; <3

so refreshing! the writing and pacing on this one rakes in the full marks. doesn't feel like your typical mlm even if the plot is itself generic (old hs classmates who weren't that close, one of them was outed by a str8). the exposition is concise, and the characterization is fleshed out, and they feel extremely realistic. it demonstrates character and plunges you into the story from the get-go. basically no build up, and jaemin's steadfast and honest nature is depicted really well against juho's wavering confidence. the way jaemin cares for juho makes total sense for his personality, it's not a far fetched ideal of "love interest gets angry at how you were treated in the past", it actually is believable. phenomenal, its to such a point that this could be a real story tbh, i'm so pleased with this one!

okay this is my favorite of all my favorites. the writing and pacing are excellent, everything is revealed to you gradually and complements what is to come/what is to happen. it's like following a trail of crumbs. and the way the characters are fleshed out is really three dimensional. insuh as an ex is not made out to be trash which i love. their breakup is honestly so mature, it reflects their age (27) and the way ham's depression and how much he was trapped by his situation is beautifully depicted. deep sea diver. there's a lot of complexity to their relationship, and even yechan is not a complete himbo, like he actually does have attitude and isn't afraid to show it. made me laugh my heart out and cry as well, felt a connection with ham's psyche and story. it's also fluffy though, emotional in a wholesome way. love it love it love it.

enemies to lovers !!! honestly cried, there is so much depth to the characters. i wish it was longer and that we saw how they grew together as a couple, but the main bit was the evolution and getting up to that point. a traumatized baby who was blamed for his mother's suicide and her miscarriage. dissociated from himself entirely out of fear, buried all his emotions. daeyol has a strong exterior while being a softie on the inside, but he really does care for his baby. i love them so much.

ugh the storyboarding is giving me butterflies, seunghyeon is such a babe. the art is beautiful too! okkk timeline. jaemin tutors hs daon. daon has money problems, but jaemin still tutors him for free because "you make it fun" and is RLY SWEET TO HIM. getting into college, daon meets soohyun who takes to him. when soohyun meets jaemin, he gets that jaemin is into daon. but to jaemin it also looks like they're really close (daon and soohyun have class together and sees daon blushing, etc). daon likes jaemin which soohyun can tell. soohyun told daon that he and jaemin were dating. this is to keep jaemin and daon from dating. NOT SURE why jaemin went along for as long as he did? but chp 60s he stops.... chp64 it just seems like daon is tending towards seunghyun when he was actually recalling a very endearing memory of him and jaemin while they were still tutor-tutee.... chp106... soohyun deserved better. slept with mc a few times, and mc was actually into him, but jaemin has been a rly insecure controlling freak who can't stand the idea of not possessing mc completely. "daon likes him" is what jaemin is always tinking - honestly i think it all goes back to when jaemin was still tutoring daon, he kept saying i cant wait until youre an adult SO THIS MF HAS BEEN GROOMING HIM SMFH all while holding so much financial power over daon.. he has something to tell daon this one weekend, which i think was going to be a confession - and the day before daon sleeps with soohyun. suddenly jaemin says he cant meet up anymore but when they do its to say that he likes soohyun. based on how jaemin is so obsessive and seemingly knows everything that goes down re daon (knows he accepted a ring from soohyun FROM WHEN THEY SLEPT TOGETHER BRO IM SO SAD FOR SOOHYUN...) and actually admits that he knows that daon slept with soohyun and finally admits that the whole soohyun-jaemin was a lie, he was very pre-emptive about telling daon he liked soohyun cause that is basically what caused everything to go wrong. soohyun rly deserved better is all i can say idec that much abt the new guy nor daon :( honestly i think jaemin and soohyun has fucknig hot loll
