It’s not really good reread material, but it was interesting! With an actual plot and well paced romance and all that. Also the art style gets so much better then slightly worse near the end but it’s never a pain

established relationship lets goooo! very nice, so satisfying... although i do wish it was longer aigoo, very endearing charas tho the whole story is written quite originally i liked it! but !bro con alert! and he looks like the murderer from Monster

bruh my heart seriously started hurting near the end, when Doha said the thing he was putting off i literally felt my heart sink and it hurt right 'till the end, it was really cute tho and i wish there was more end game couple content, it was quite a tear jerker a few times too and the teacher was really creepy if you just stop and think about, but a nice story overall

just like the author said it's a little all over the place and not really much of a story, but it's one of the first manga i ever read (i started reading manga for the haikyuu fanfics so it's only natural normal bl's were next) so this simple, cute slowburn will always have a special place in my heart no matter what

in the end i did romanticize it in my memories hehe... it's a fine story, don't get me wrong, but it feels incomplete in quite a few ways, i think it would actually benefit from more and explicit smut, and it's not just the horny talking orz, kaede's experience just seemed underplayed by how lacklustre and scarcely the kataika was shown, and well i know the whole point of it is kaede stopping whatshisface from returning to the ancestors, but the furry sex was just a bit too out of place and quite weird ngl, cause i wouldn't mind it as much if it was shindoL or just a smutty series, but it isn't.... it is what it is though, gotta fight through the uncomfortableness to get to those cute scenes when whatshisface is no longer on drugs and actually shows emotion :pray:
