From start to finish, the development of their relationship and the intersectionality of the time period this was based in and the evident problems in that period were beautifully represented. THIS WAS ADORBS!! I'm geniuinely in awe at the writing of this author, the characters naturally progress their relationship and move on with their past as the chapters go on. I didn't expect seme and his ex to have such a good bond after everything that happened but I'm glad, and I like how uke and him get along now too. I just love bear like straightforward uke's so much, and I love the size difference and personality contrast amongst the two
