SO here are my following points - their love story starting starts off w her falling into another world and a duke takes her in. After a year, they send her to the emperor who is gross and disgusting, who also has an empress, 4 queens, and 15 concubines. She was supposed to be the 16th. The night they were supposed to share their first night together, signing their marriage contract, the emperor’s only son & crown prince assassinated him. So their start was like - but, they actually got along quite well. Tbh the development was kinda quick, but also reasonable. The normal “must be cold-hearted person to be emperor” guy and the girl that changed him. But more like, they’re very well-suited business partners, so he thought “she’s very suited to be with me and we get along quite well” - their trust in each other is unbreakable - they’re like in the honeymoon phase, but infinitely there. Not the honeymoon phase blind to everything, but like sweet words and very affectionate to show love - they’re also like “fated love” kinda love where they truly do match each other and it’s so fucking cute. She’s like “i’m becoming so much like him” after realizing that her thoughts were very similar to his - the guy is always vocal about his love to her and he always crosses the line w other girls. In fantasy, the emperor can have multiple mistresses. But the emperor (male lead) was like “the only one that i’ll ever have by my side is her (female lead)” every time someone mentioned him getting a queen or concubine to birth him a son to be the next heir AND I REALLY FUCKING VALUE THAT CAUSE I WANT A MANS WHO WILL MAKE CLEAR LINES Because FL came from another world they see her as “low birth” and started rumors. The princess of another kingdom was bringing it up trying to embarrass FL but ML “accidentally” dropped his glass of wine all over her Dude istg people were hyping this up in the comments and i never gave it a try because the dude has blonde hair (LOL yeah sometimes i’m quite biased when it comes to black/dark hair) but i’m glad i read it cause it was so fucking cute Plus his body is

Gotta bingeread this again and then I'll do the review. All I can remember is that ML is totally wrapped around her finger and she's around his,, mutual love and they love each other so much I'm in love with the both of them. I was also kinda hating the grandmother for favoring the grandson so much, and that's prob biased feelings since my mom seems to baby my brothers a lot and never makes them do any chores while making me do them when I've been doing college and work full time. This one is pretty cute and adorable. Not so much drama, but enough to keep you reading it and not get bored. The ML is pretty nice and handsome. A man of few words, LOL. He's pretty blunt and straightforward, but he learns with the FL's help, and FL's road of being a doormat comes to an end with the help of ML. I wish there were more chapters of them being lovey-dovey :(( I love them so much. ML is so hot when he cleans himself up too. Another ML added to my standard. Also, I really hated the sister. She's got no redeeming qualities, but I did like how at the end she was like "HOW DARE THAT BITCH TALK THAT WAY ABOUT MY OPPA AND UNNIE". That was the only moment I liked her in the whole manhwa.

TBH mans low-key needs to do a better job at reassuring FL and he did. Honestly this whole manga just kinda kept my heart in anxiety,, like what's that bitch gonna do next, is our ML gonna do something bad, etc. I wish they'd let that second heroine girl try to take him from the wedding so that we know that "even though she did that, he still only loves our FL", but ig he also did show us readers by taking FL in his arms, going to her, and telling her that only FL will forever be in her heart. Imo it should've ended w the wedding but let's see how it goes on from here. Also, love seeing their communication skills with each other improve.

Uhhh pretty fast paced and chaotic sometimes, but it's enjoyable.
