Candy Man
I think this story had a lot of potential but was poorly executed. The art style was great, but the story line often creates multiple problems that just seem to disappear in one chapter. Obviously Kimin was a flawed character, and it was very frustrating to see him have zero character development, but i also think this was a missed opportunity to get some pansexual visibility. Kimin is infatuated with Yorong, believing her to be a girl amd is completely unphased to find Yorong is actually a boy. His feelings are for Yorong as a person not as a gender. But this was also completely dismissed. I think the story would have been much better if it had focused on one or two conflicts that spanned throughout the story while also constantly affecting the characters. growth.
