Tia was ready to accept her death with no regrets when she dreamt of Lishia, the saintess, who she set up to marry Lawrence in order to raise his legitimacy as emperor. Licia has forgiven Tia & told her that it was her choice to accept marrying Lawrence despite all the sins Tia has committed. Cedric knew that she's the greatest schemer of all the empire that Lawrence was able to ascend to the throne, as he was also a victim of her schemes that led for the former emperor to be suspicious of him & now a fugitive. Despite that, an enemy's enemy is a friend. He also believe in Tia's sharp intellect that can save the them from Lawrence's brutality as Tia saw Lawrence's tyranny on his land while on the wagon w/c she called a needless massacre. He begged her on his knees to devise a plan for the greater cause but Tia can't. They both know that the power imbalance is too great. Tia suddenly felt the regret seeing the kind & righteous Cedric who is far from his brother. Cedric would even send her to a rural village so she can leave in peace. While she was alone, she made up her mind & to use the ancient magic circle w/c has now disappeared from their world as it required a human sacrifice. She knew she can't change anything now as the odds aren't in their favor but w/ this, she can turn back time. She chewed what remained of her tongue & the flesh in her mouth to draw blood & make the magic circle. She used herself as a sacrifice & prayed that Cedric's wishes be fulfilled. The circle activated as Cedric saw the light as he was entering her tent. Tia was reincarnated back in time w/c surprised her as she's supposed to have died being the sacrifice. She's back 8 days after she turned 18. She has 2 yrs before she can inherit the title Marquessate of Rosan. In return for Cedric kneeling in front of her, the devil, she decided to dedicate her self & dirty his hand for Cedric. In the present, Cedric decided to go to the temple to see the Archbishop. Being a righteous man, he wants to do something about the Western troop's acknowledgement for their contribution. He's also bothered by his dream of a tortured woman weeping. It was Tia when he begged for her help prior to the magic circle. He has no clue about all that happened due to the magic. Tia planned the carriage wheel to fall, blocking the way to the temple. Cedric & his knight saw them & helped them. After visiting the temple, Tia planned to thank Cedric at the temple Gazebo & told him about the deal to propose to her & he will make him the emperor for the sake of the empire's people. Cedric was angry as he thinks of it as treason. He has decided not to meddle with politics despite being the grand duke as his parents was both sentenced to death by the emperor as they were framed of treason. Tia mentioned the truth of his right to succession & how the candidates to the throne will put the empire to its fall in the future. She said she only wanted a fake marriage for 2 years until she inherits the title & become independent. Cedric left but bothered of the truth that the future may hold. He also tried to see if he really needs to step up given the attitude of the current emperor & also saw that Tia was being treated unfairly even in her own home. He agreed to Tia's plan in exchange that none of his subjects be harmed, including Tia herself.

The empress' secret son grew up in poor commoner area but us very strong in swordsmanship. He was like a puppy following FL everywhere on the pretense that he idolizes her dad so much but truth is, he was saved by FL when they were kids when he attempted suicide to drown himself. He knew FL is tge girl who saved her despite pretending to be male. He has no common sense cos all he knew growing up was to survive to live in the outlaw outskirts. FL pretended to be weak despite carrying her hero dad's name as to not gain the attention of ML who was a student of his dad. Yet ML can sense that FL was actually string and just hiding it. He wants her to be his as he would take the throne after all that he's been through. FL wanted to stop ML & 2nd MLs death so she tried to ignore their feeling for her. ML despite accepting FL even if she is "male" keeps getting dumped by FL saying that it was just greed as she thought ML sees him as a guy. Whenever MLs power gets out of control, FLs kiss and beating get him back to normal but exhaustedly faints. FL keeps rejecting ML to the end as she is scared to love thinking it's betrayal to her plans for her family but in the end their never ending white lies and deceptions to each other that made them both feel betrayed yet defensively thinks that things even out cos of their own deeds was over powered with their love for each other. questionable idea for the father of FL who is a hero but became poor when the royal family could have saved him from his debts. And his wife's debts couldn't have made them so poor as being a hero should have made him extra extra rich next to the royal family. Even though he's sick mentally, the royal family should have kept tabs of him and cured hum when the symptoms were still light. I think the plot for his character is unnecessarily dramatized. I like this webtoon though.

65 Epilogues are f*ckin confusing & not well paced. It's not smooth & properly tailored. Confusing timeline. Makes me wanna give this a 3 at most.

96 45 plot was so good in season 1 u til around 70ish in s2 but having fucking 3 concubine and shit it's just dragging the story and comedy isn't that funny as before anymore. Tsk!

89 (42,49-54) 77 bad trans 86-89ons annoying Cain became obsessive & doesn't know his place to say he likes Rino. Fuck off secondary character!!! 83-85 Rina & Edward date at night festival & making out (1st time?) Marina, a scientist invented a new VR game set in Medieval times. In VR story, Duke Edward was to go thru defeats in order to become "dark" to get stronger to defeat the childish, selfish, whimsical & sly emperor barron and get the throne. Marina played the VR after the launch but suddenly became a slave character named Rino. She used her science knowledge to get out of slavery & get on the side of Edward. Since she knows the story flow she wats to use her inventions to help him become the Emperor. She cut her hair to look like a man as she knows the prejudices during the Medieval times. Being suspicious, Edward sent her to the Dungeon. Still using her Science, she overcame obstacles and slowly got everyone's trust by making things that benefitted everyone in the castle like wheel chair and arm cane for Edward, better hand enhancement with rocket punch for Cain, washing machine, gym equipment, etc. Later Edward and Cain started to fall for her unknowingly. Then one day Lady diathe, Duke's fiance whom he treats as his lil sister, came who accused them of sodomy as Edward always favors Rino. Rino's was moved to the room beside Edward to strictly monitor and train her. One night Edward contemplated on his actions towards Rino when he saw outside the window that he was trying to escape like Rapunzel. Rino was headed to a hot spring nearby as he cannot use the open bath for the staff cos his real gender will be exposed. Edward followed him & saw him bathing but didn't actually saw her breast. Edward insisted they go home together cos of thewild beasts in the forest. A beast appeared. While he was trying to save Rino from drowning his arms was wrapped Rino's unbounded chest so all this time she thought she was exposed but Edward actually thought it was just a lil chubby but still got flustered. He let Rino to bathe in his room everynight thinking he doesn't want his body exposed to anyone due to lack of confidence. Emperor came which Rino almost forgot that day since she was busy with everything that's happening around in the castle. Barron was made after Rino's real brother Maro?. Emperor Barron is very childish & whimsical as a child. In the plot, with no reason, on his way back to the castle he was passed by Edward's territory and decided to kill everyone as Edward was away. Fortunately, Edward was in the castle since Rino has affected the flow of the story. Still, Barron being a wicked brat, came to the castle to annoy Edward. He slashed the guards by the gate, luckily Edward and Cain were brought there by Rino on time. Edward locked Rino in his room guarded by Cain to hide her from Barron but Barron's right hand man, Margo (actually a woman?) wants to defeat Cain on her own as he knows he's very strong. She threw Rino out of the window to fight alone but Rino fell on Barron's horse, grabbed quickly by Edward, but Barron saw Edward's pained look towards Rino, so he quickly got interested in them. Rino vomited on Barron due to the incident lol. Because Edward knew the consequences, he kept her in his room as it's protected by a barrier but as Cain interrupted Edward's somewhat confession, Barron was already behind him. No choice, they all joined Barron's tea party where he exposed his investigation about Rino & knew he's a missing slave. He also accused them of sodomy saying that given he is an envious fellow towards Edward he wants Rino to be his. Both got enraged and Rino couldn't hold back and used the chair function to spring away Barron. As it became a battle for the whole dukedom he still wanted to protect Rino so Edward send her away instead of completely losing her to Barron and told Cain to protect her until they get to a noble estate with close ties to them to get employed through his recommendation letter. He let them use the castle's secret tunnel. En route, Rino realized that events in the story are still happening despite the distorted time flow. Barron will use the secret route to blow up the castle and kill Edward's people. He then used Diathe & House Herera name to gather the 3 noble houses nearby, gathered to hunt, while he and cain dressed up as ladies to save Edward in jail. It was also revealed that the fiance has been wearing wig to hide her red hair which was prejudiced as a witch and slave's hair. In the secret tunnel Rino disarmed the bombs while the 2 silenced knights on patrol. Amidst everything, Edward still wants Rino to be safer and asked her to get a priestess using his insignia to fight Barron. They hid in a gap in the tunnel as Rino protested loudly not to leave Edward's side, Edward couldn't help and kissed Rino. Rino did not protest and Edwards kissed him again. He suddenly sensed Margo nearby but Cain was able to fend him off. Margo grabbed Edward hostage but Cain caught him off guard with the rocket punch and Edward used his swordsmanship as a knight to put him near death. Margo was captured and with the priestess present opened a trial. Barron came rushing in but lady diathe of house herera together with the heads of the 3 houses and their 800 knights requested for the trial and Barron was left in Edward's hands for punishment. He asked for 5 minutes to be his older brother again and be pardoned for his actions. He punched Barron slapped his butt like a baby and Barron acted like a spoiled brat lol! Later on Edward started to avoid Rino and pushes her away to leave the castle which Cain realized. Edward was very obvious to Rino. She can't stand it anymore & decided to use her crazy inventions to trap Edward in his room. Edward felt guilty like he molested Rino as she cannot protest to Edward's actions being of higher status thinking Rino only froze up. Rino got mad and cried in front of him. Edward was enchanted again and couldn't help but fall for her more. Rino cleared things up and kissed Edward. Edward fell for her madly that he would grab her secretly to cuddle or kiss her. One night he went to Rino's room through the window and as they lay in bed he couldn't help his skinship. Funny stuff like Rino using his inventions to stop him Edward happened but the funniest thing is Edward still didn't realize he was a girl. She removed her chest bandage to let him feel his chest on his shirt but he thought it was just a lil chubby. She let him grope it under her shirt & it shocked Ed. It was his first time & he was very shocked to know her gender. Rino teased him but Ed said he's not into men but just didn't care since it's Edward. Rino felt his love and guilt. As she was trying to reveal the truth of being the author of the novel a portal opened and sucked her in front of Ed. She went back to the real world waking up from comatose. Her real brother who looks very similar to Barron came.
