Dr shin is brother of current top doctor who discovered & scouted ml as the next genius. When the accident of ml occured it ws dr shin who performed the heart transplant surgery with the help of "criminal dr" jaeyol. But due to the vegetive state of the mom, it was dr wu's plot to accuse dr shin or malpractice saying the hospital did not approve of the surgery. Now jaeyol wants to change this system of current doctors in power for shin's death & the medical future of korea. Later it will be revealed that shin's bro, jaeyol & wubin are in cahoots as dr wubin thinks it's his sin for letting kim & wu lead the industry which led to the present filthy politics vs saving lives. 75 ml & daughter of uni president (doc kim) performs another illegal surgery with help of the illegal doctor who lost his license. They also caught the wanted "criminal" doctor jaeyol who wants to change the medical politics world.
